I have used key carpets many times. Mitch (the owner) is always the first one i call when i have a flooring need. He has great product and great prices. My favorite thing is that he is never late to an apt. I would highly recommend this company. I referred him to a coworker and again he did a stand up job.

I was shocked. I called spoke with Mitch, asked him to give me estimate on the cost to replace the kitchen floor. Then my tenant calls me to say the they were taking up the floor.
How do you start a job, that you havn’t gave the customer an estimate for. This was bad business. Then when I call him, he did’t answer. So I had to drive out to the home to see what was going on.
I called him from a different number, then he answered. He said he had to call me back with the price. Why would you start a job if you hadn’t quoted the price yet. I will never do business with this company. First and last time.

When Mitch first asked me to think about vinyl flooring, I thought he was crazy. Wow, was I wrong. AJ and Anthony were great installers and we cannot imagine any other type of flooring now. It is cheaper than tile, easy to clean and looks fantastic. We are so happy that we got talked into this new and improved product.
