Kelly’s Spa is amazing!
My girlfriends and I were in dire need of a massage. We decided to do the Shared Lavender Retreat for 2. The experience was amazing from start to finish .
Can’t wait to go back!

My sister purchased a celebrate the bride package for me and it was wonderful! It is so relaxing and calm as soon as you walk in and definitely the perfect place for a stressed bride! We left feeling refreshed! Can’t wait to come back to try a body scrub!

Every woman (and man) needs to treat themselves to a spa day at least once in their life! Ideally– more often than not.
I made an appointment for my mom and I to treat her for a late mothers day and birthday. We both got Swedish massages.
From the time we walked in until the moment we walked out, we were pampered and waited on.
Upon arrival, we checked in and filled out a quick medical history form. We were given a menu to choose one of 3 fresh juices or champagne with chocolate. Of course we chose the alcohol! We were given a quick tour and taken to the ladies lounge. There, we were given a locker to share (they’re pretty big), a nice fluffy robe, and slippers. From there, we went to the relaxation room where our drinks waited for us. They had water, berries, dried fruit and nuts– all complementary.
Shortly after, we were each called for our massages. Amazing! No other words needed.
After our massages we decided to go into the Eucalyptus steam room. At first, I didn’t think I was going to be able to handle it. The eucalyptus was so strong I couldn’t breathe. Very quickly though I got used to it and it felt awesome! Of course we were dripping sweat so we decided to shower. The spa has EVERYTHING you need! Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, deodorant, hair spray, hair gel, combs, brush, blow dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash… I could go on and on. When I come again, the only thing I will bring is my make up.
We had such a great time at Kelly’s and we’ll be coming back for sure!

We are sitting here still glowing from our spa Mother’s Day. I don’t think you will find a friendlier or attentive group of employees anywhere.

Tammy is a wonderful technician. My pedicure was relaxing and very nice looking.

AMAZING experience here! My husband and I came here to enjoy a couples massage be we got way more than just that! We arrived about 30 minutes before our appointment. The staff was great, very attentive and nice. The place itself was beautiful and smelled great. Check in was a breeze. Women’s lounge and Men’s Lounge was amazing and had everything you needed! They really thought about their customers and had all the toiletries you could think of.
After getting dressed into a robe and slippers that they provide, my husband and I got to hang out in the Relaxation Lounge. Upon check in, you choose a complementary drink and by the time you get to the lounge before your appointment, it is already there waiting for you. The drinks were delicious (we both got fresh squeezed juices). The room itself had fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, coffee, and infused water that you can snack on while you unwind.
Once it was time for our appointment, our massage therapists came and escorted us to one of the private villas next to the pool. The room was amazing, it was nice and spacious. Had a bathtub, double sink, shower, and separate toilet room. We got ready for our massages, the massage table was heated, it felt so great! The massages were heavenly, the girls did a great job!
After our massage, we got into our bathing suits and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. After that, we each retreated to our respective locker rooms. Used the private showers, my husband said he used the sauna. After my shower, I got ready in the area that had all the toiletries you needed: body lotions, hair dryers, hairspray, combs, brush, hair ties, toothbrush/​toothpaste, razor, body/​face scrubber, tampons/pads…so much stuff!
It was sad leaving the spa, but we paid our bill and received a couple more complementary drinks to go. I ordered the champagne and chocolates (the champagne was delicious and sweet) and my husband ordered another juice.
All in all, I definitely recommend this spa. We felt great afterwards! The staff was exceptional, I would come back in a heartbeat!

Adrianna, in my experience, is very knowledgeable and is an amazing aesthetician. Highly recommend her. Staff is sweet and courteous, the smell of eucalyptus keeps me going back… Sooo relaxing… a must.

What can I say? I’ve been to many upscale spas but this one is in a class all by itself. My daughter and I had a day of sheer bliss and were pampered head to toe from a luxurious rose petal bath to a massage and facial that left our skin glowing! I highly recommend this place.

Went here this past weekend with my mom and sister to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The spa was very clean and beautiful. My massage therapist, I think his name was Jake, was AMAZING! BEST massage I’ve ever had! I also enjoyed the fruits and complimentary drinks. The attendants were so nice and hard working. Every 15 minutes, someone would come by and ask us if we needed anything. Very professional and attentive staff! :)
A few negative things which made me not give this a 5 star review. The guests at the spa were so loud and were talking at full volume in the relaxation room. There were a couple reminders posted at the front desk to keep the place quiet, but some people are not very considerate. Perhaps a gentle reminder to everyone before they go inside? Also, the pool was shared with the rest of the hotel and was packed with people! Not super relaxing, in my opinion. Since the spa was kinda small, everyone was running over each other in the locker room. Not sure how they could improve that.
Overall, it was a good experience. I probably would go back because the masseuse was so good, but if the spa was more quiet and less crowded, it would be perfect!

Spa was on the smaller side but extremely clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the Italian body scrub it was great and the products were high end. Friends got massages and facials both were satisfied. I would recommend this spa to all it will definitely meet your expectations if you are a avid spa customer. Included in the service was a juice or champagne, which was wonderful. The pool area is decent however I was out there for a hour without any service, being offered a drink/​food. We were told there was no attendant working. Which was irritating for a higher end hotel/​spa. Worth checking out!

My wife goes there all the time to get her hair treatment & to relax at the pool. You changed your policy, so to relax at the pool she had to get a manicure, it was the worst manicure she ever got. She is so disappointed she my not go back.

Very nice, intimate spa. Went here for the first time yesterday and enjoyed my experience. All staff were attentive and gave us all the chocolate and champagne we wanted. Had a wax (first time ever getting a wax) and my esthetician was very professional and accomodating. Only down side was that the hot tub is outside (couldn’t find it), so didn’t get to utilize it. Will definitely be coming back regularly for wax services.

Wow. Excellent service. The spa itself is on the smaller side but the service… Just impeccable. Most of all, the gentleman who worked at the receptionist desk. My guess about 25, dreads, wearing a nice suit. He provided such an amazing entrance into and exit from the spa. Knowledgeable, patient, dressed impeccably. Don’t remember his name but I knew it was going to be a lovely experience from the moment we stepped in.
We got a couple’s massage. Fantastic. The villa was beautiful and the therapists were great. Definitely would return again.
There was also a serviceman, I want to say his name was Jorge. 6’0″, glasses, had a slight accent. He was so sweet and just made you feel like he wanted to help and make your stay the best it could possible be.

Just had the best facial EVER! Cali did an amazing job, so relaxing and just the right amount of pressure. It was like a facial/​massage all in one. I’ve had other facials here and some have been really good, but after today, my expectations will be much higher. The lounge attendants here are also very sweet, very helpful, and professional. The people at the front desk are generally fine, but nothing extra special. I also don’t care for the way they have the lounge areas set up now. It was better before. Anyway, 5 stars just for Cali and the facial.

Came in for a facial and when I tell you this was well beyond what I expected. It was such an amazing experience and the detoxify drink was soooooooooo good! I plan to visit monthly and sign my fiancé up as well. Thank you to the staff also. Tiffany was awesome!

Really enjoyed my day at Mission Inn and Spa, starting from pulling up to the friendly and convenient valet (complimentary with spa service). The spa was lovely, and although small — very cozy with numerous little alcoves and relaxation areas (inside and out) for quiet time or to catch up with my friend. Nice touch was the rejuvenating juices at check in. The absolute best part is the amazing service. The ladies tending to us were psychic! They brought up new juices, fruit and truffles as we sat and chatted, and we’re always very helpful in making sure we were pampered.
I had a 50 min Swedish Massage, and although I expected something very basic, he took the time to find out what was hurting. He really went to work on some sciatica I had been experiencing. Great massage.
Downsides: if they had a whirlpool and dry sauna, I never found it. It might have been outside by the pool. The eucalyptus steam was awesome, but I wished I could have alternated with the dry sauna. Also, it is a co-​Ed spa in relaxation areas; ok but takes getting used to. Lastly, we ordered snacks but they took so long (over 30 min), our appointments came up and we had to cancel.
In general, however, a fabulous time. Am looking forward to my next visit!

What an experience! 100% will be back. The spa and grounds surrounding are beautiful and relaxing, including a private pool that feels like your own little oasis with lush greenery surrounding it. The staff is top notch! Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Everyone from the amazing facial therapist (Cassandra) with a non-​aggressive helpful approach who guided me towards the facial that would best fit my needs and openly advised me again of pricing and was fantastic every step of the way (will DEFINITELY request her again!)…to the assistant Alex who was available every step of the way, checking in with us attentively and ready to help with any questions we had, ever so kind to help us with a smile on her face and approachable personality… to the kind staff at the front desk (Rebekah & Dominique)…all were professional, friendly and gave the feeling they are truly dedicated to making the day relaxing and enjoyable. They succeeded! Having visited several spas from Orange County to Cabo this was by far a favorite experience! It’s rare to find a spa that hits all five stars in every category… treatment/​therapist, staff, grounds/​immunities and overall experience. This one did! My mother, sister and I went for my mothers birthday and have already made plans to be back for each of our birthdays — thank you Kelly’s spa and staff for a wonderful experience!

Cali is a fantastic aesthetician. Not only is she sweet and beautiful, but she is very knowledgeable and thorough! I can’t wait for my next appointment with her!

Kelly’s spa is a great place to go for a massage. It is pricey at $ 100 a person, but the massage therapists really know what they are doing.
I had a prenatal massage with Kris. My husband had a female therapist and we were in the couples room. The room was really cool, a separate little villa. The therapists were accommodating and provided just the right amount of pressure.
I love Kelly’s spa! It’s amazing!

I cannot believe I’ve never written a review!!! This place is the closest thing to heaven on earth… it’s the ONLY place my sister and I go to for massages!-there is not one bad masseuse in this place! All the girls are friendly, professional, and CLEAN!!! Women’s locker room is always stocked with amenities, chilled cucumber washcloths, ice water, the hostesses are so attentive, especially Patricia!

Heaven! That’s all I gotta say came here for a relaxing day and it was perfection!
