Wish I could give this place –10 stars cause of the lady not caring for my nails properly! A gash in my nails lead to a spot of nail fungus under my acrylics -.- thank you for the worst acrylic application/​top coat in Riverside

Horrible pedicure my toe nails are not even at all they go down at a slant. I wanted square and he rounded all of them. I asked him 100 times to do square. really rough with the cuticle cutters. Did my pedicure very fast. I felt like because I got a basic pedicure and didn’t want the package deal for 45 – 55 $ I got a pedicure a 10 year old could have done better…

Let me prefaces this with I love KC’s. Been going for years. But my last experience wasn’t the best. My pedicure was amazing. Perfect. My nails? Not so much. I came in for a full set. I asked for oval, the lady seemed confused. Asked for a picture so I looked one up. She seemed to understand. They move me from a spa chair to the table. She continued to work. I asked to make the length shorter, she said they’d file them down more. Then she started the acrylic. She had to try to file out bumps. Got acetone on my cuticles which she cut twice. When I asked her to check length, she filed the hand I thought was shorter. I kept waiting for the length to magically shrunk because they were way too long. Most of the time when I said something she’d mutter or roll her eyes. I gave up. By the end I had square nails and three nails with messed up polish. I was so frustrated. So I called today to see about fixing both length and shape, I was told to come right in. When I got there, KC worked on my nails herself, fixing everything I was so frustrated about. My cuticles look amazing. The shape is exactly oval. Nail polish looks amazing. So thank you KCs! Your customer service was great.

The lady was very rude and unprofessional. why do these people always speak in their language so we don’t understand… sooo rude.

Not even a week after I get my nails done by Nancy my polish looks like complete hell…
I was going to let the communication slide on the price I was told vs what I actually paid out the door and was going to come back.
Now I won’t
I work at a desk all day so I expect the polish and nail to dull down on the corners. but this is my whole nail on every nail…
I will post a picture of them now. they looked BEAUTIFUL when I left. now I am not happy at all.

Paid over 40 for a pedicure, I didn’t mind at the time because they did a good job. But now after 3 days my toe is red, itchy and swollen! Makes me think they don’t sterilize any thing. I won’t be ever going to this place again !

Had a great experience here. I had Ben do my nails. He did a great job on my nails and did exactly what I wanted. It was clean and the people all seem very friendly. I was watching a lady get a pedicure and she looked like she was in heaven. lol. I was jealous. Next time…

Friend recommended, and not very courteous, not a lot of effort, lots of upselling (more than normal) and just don’t feel I will be going back. I was customer number 2 for the morning at 1015 so maybe they weren’t really into it?

I love this nail salon! They are always so friendly and welcoming. They have a professional clean shop with good quality nail polish (OPI). Their prices are reasonable for the great quality service they offer. They also have a frequent buyer card reward program. I live in Orangecrest and this is my #1 spot to get my nails looking fancy!

Delila no longer works here. :(But great people and have had mostly good experiences

I have been going to KC Nails for a while now and Holly is by far the best! She is very sweet, detailed oriented and very patient. I would recommend her to anyone. The only caveat, is that because she is detailed oriented, it can take a little more time than normal. But very much worth it!

The staff was very friendly, to me. My daughters manicurist was not. Her manicure hurt and the gel polish turned out lumpy and what a terrible job overall. My experience was great, in terms of staff friendliness. I got a mani/​pedi. For whatever reason the next day my legs broke out in a horrible rash. I had 1 artificial nail applied that lasted less than 12 hours. I may return for a basic mani/​pedi… but my daughter will refuse.

Great pedis. Good gel selection but my gel doesn’t seem to last very long. Normally around 7−10days on my natural nail & acrylic doesn’t seem to matter. I am very hard on my hands (still not good enough for me)
Very clean & modern so I’ve tried to go back off & on past 2yrs lol. Definitely will be back for pedi not my hands tho

Finally found the best nail salon! They are very meticulous and pay attention to detail. Staff is very friendly. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from for gel manicure. I will be coming here regularly!

I love seeing Van for my acrylic nails. Van takes her time getting them just right for me and they never chip or lift. I recently wasn’t able to get in with my regular girl and I had my fill and a gel coat done by KC, the owner. Three days later the gel began to chip on the corners and edges. I placed a call to KC and she was willing to redo the gel for me. At first she seemed to be disturbed by the hassle and told me that it should be $ 25 fee for a polish change, however she quickly changed her demeanor and accommodated me, as I am a regular patron at her shop. Thank you KC for making them look nice using Gelish gel on my nails. They look much better and I will be back to see Van and request the Gelish brand gel every time.

Best place ever. My husband even goes here. They are so friendly. Highly recommend this salon but yes an appointment is recommended but the service you receive us excellent. I refuse to go anywhere else. Acrylic nails, pedi’s & eyebrows. This is the place!

This place is good for pedicures only! I went here today and and a gel fill. It took them about 1.5 hours to finish. The lady that worked on me did a decent job but just was so slow. She asked if I wanted my nails trimmed and I did (thought that comes with a fill). Then I wanted French tip so I expected an extra new dollars added on like every place does. Well after she finally finished I went to pay and they charged me to trim my nails…$ 3. So stupid!!! THEN an extra $ 5 for French!!! I have been to ALOT of nails places and have NeVER payed that much for French!!! Then to top it off $ 31 for a gel fill!!! Seriously!!! I was shocked!!! I will NEVER go back for that! Way to expensive !!! Now to top it off I been home for 45 min and the corners and edge of my nails r already rubbing off!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. On a hot day they will offer you a bottle of water and keep the inside temperature cool.
The salon is smaller than where I have gone in the past however, I return due to the service and atmosphere. The manicurist and estheticians have experience and take the time to be detailed in work.
The clientele are not loud and rowdy which is a huge plus.
Since my work life deals with constant drama, it is nice to escape and relax for a bit.

I love this salon! Truly a great experience every time I come. Salon is very clean and all staff very personable and customer service oriented.
I am not a local so always look forward to having a girls treat by going here with my daughter and future daughter in law. We are able to sit back, have great conversation while being totally pampered.
They always remember that I am visiting and are always happy that I chose them.
They treat you like you are their most important client. Great products and their massages are heavenly! I always walk out feeling totally relaxed and pampered with awesome looking nails!

I have been coming to KC Nails for 3 years. Previously I would try a new salon every few months and was never impressed with anyone! I immediately fell in love with this nail salon because they are so friendly and kind. The salon is extremely clean and fresh. They offer water and tea once you sit down in the massage chair.
I have had a few girls do my nails over the years here, but for the last year and a half I have been loyal to Kata– she’s my girl! She has the loveliest personality, so sweet, remembers my name and everything about my life, and the best part is her foot massages! She takes her time and makes sure that I am perfectly taken care of.
