Complete scam artists. I took several rings into them today because I had been warned about them. One of the rings had been tested and verified by several jewelry stores as to being 14k gold. When I asked the employee, who was very rude and condescending, as to what I could gwt for them she tool the rings turned her back to me and 30 seconds later turned back around and said they were all fake. This is kind of funny because I’ve never had any place turn their back on me when they test the jewelry. I am sure that she didn’t even know what she was doing. I would suggest that you go anywhere but here for anything they offer and never give this place the time of day.
