Super friendly staff, very knowledgable and easy to talk to. They took their time to explain to me what was going on and got me the perfect set up. I think it’s Nick who is so nice? Younger guy maybe 22. Every time we have gone he is more than welcoming. Juice supply is a little low, definitely could use some restock but doesn’t take away from amazing service!

This is a great place. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Your one stop shop for all your vape needs. Would recommend anyone in this area to check out.

Been here a few times for my juices. They have always been very helpful and informative. I’ve been to a few other shops and this is by far the best experience and price overall. Highly recommend for all your vape needs.

Great spot to chill and get your vape needs. Friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Thom was a great help. I’m a noob to this vape stuff so he help me get started and how to use it, ect. It’s pretty cool.

The employee who helped me was very condescending, and they were out of pretty much every flavor of juice I wanted to try. It was $ 16 for 15 ml bottle of juice after the discount??? Which is pretty ridiculous. I will not be returning.

Nick was so chil, knowledgeable and helpful. We shopped, shot a little pool, had a good time. We’ll definitely be going back to Joki.

First of all this place is awesome!
Super chill atmosphere as soon as you enter the door, I really like the vibe whenever I walk into this place. I was actually turned on Joki by a friend. I live all the way in Diamond Bar but drive here for my vaping needs.
Nick is a stand up guy and walked me through my first Vape buy about 6 months ago. Starting from the basics to showing me some advanced set ups, he took me through the process and explained things to me. Also, he pick out some delicious flavors for me. I really appreciated the time he took to set me up and make sure I was well taken care of. Because customer service is HUGE to me!
I just picked up another set up. Finally upgraded! Again, Nick was there to show me the latest and greatest. Definitely, quality products. I was impressed. Left with a smile on my face as usual and I have been enjoying it for the past few weeks.
I recommend you come check this place out, they are legit and have a nice assortment of quality set ups and most importantly Juice to chose from.

I come here all the time. This vape shop has great with customer service i recommend this vape shop over every other vape shop. Good prices great products always stocked. I love the atmosphere the vibe and its a really cool place to hang out kill some time. Nick and Tom are two awesome guys

Juice and hardware selection is great. The environment has a nice lounge feel to it. They have a great selection of sample juices so you can try anything before you buy. Thom is very friendly and helpful. They will rebuild your rda’s and you can just hang out and talk about anything with any of the staff. Highly recommended just based on service and atmosphere alone! Don’t let the small size of the shop deter you. Good things come in small packages.

Found this Vape shop on Unilocal decided to check it out because my usual shop was closed. I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was very helpful and the have a lot of different flavors of e juice. They also carry a variety of mods and supplies as well. They had no problem letting me try several different juices too!
The shop is unique because they don’t have your run of the mill juices. They also have their own brand as well.
I liked how it was decorated and the pub tables they had for patrons is a plus Definitely gave it a lounge feel.
Ill definitely be back when I’m in the area

Great first time experience with this shop. I called first and spoke with Tom in regards to some mods they were advertising for «sale» on their website. He confirmed the information on the website to be true and so I headed on over there. Eventhough, there’s plenty of vape shops where I live I try to visit at least once the newer shops that I haven’t been too.
Anyway, Tom was great and the environment was clean and organized with plenty of space to make one feel comfortable. I made a purchase of a couple of bottles of «Suicide Bunny» and a mod he had on sale for $ 27. Started having issues with the mod the same day I bought it and so I went back a couple of days later and spoke with Tom about it. He took care of it and I left pleased. In no way shape or form did he make feel any less important as a customer for having returned a product. As a matter of fact, he treated me the same he did when I first went in.

One of the best vape shops I have ever been to. Living near UCR and being dissatisfied with the service of the local vape shop I decided to check out joki vape with one of the best reviews on Unilocal.Immediately coming in it was very different from my local vape shop in the sense of service.
They have an open setup where you can try any and all flavors they have in the stock without having to ask to sample them.
I came in when Ray and Nick were working. Ray would ask every now and then how we were doing while sampling flavors in a friendly way to make sure we didn’t feel like they forgot about us. While getting set up on a rebuild it was very obvious that Nick and Ray knew their stuff and were friendly in getting someone new to mechanical mods set up.
One of the best vape shops around. Very worth the drive.
