Went here earlier this week because I had a coupon for $ 2 off. I asked the cashier if i could use it and he looked at my phone for half a second and said yes. I then proceeded to order. He did not include my coupon and I ended up paying almost $ 7 for one drink. $ 2 makes a huge difference in the wallet when you’re a struggling college student. If they would take into consideration what the customer is asking and give an appropriate answer, maybe this wouldn’t have happened. Do not want to go here ever again.

Went in about 10:30am, Friday morning. The employee was so nice! Made my drink super fast and tasted exactly how it does at other Jamba’s.(Pomegranate Paradise) Will go to this one whenever I’m in Riverside :) Side note: this review was based off of this location. If I was rating Jamba Juice as a whole, it would be lower stars b/c they are way too expensive! But as far as Jamba Juices go, this is a good, friendly location.

This location is hit or miss. The drinks are one the over-priced side. I usually only come when they have coupons because I do not want to pay $ 7-$ 8 for a large juice. Whenever there’s a chain wide promotion, this location is sure to run out of ingredients and the employees don’t know when they will be restocked.

SIGHPIE … I’ve been going to Jamba Juice way before my Unilocal days and I have no complaints, generally. But whenever I come to this location, my drink is extremely watery(and it’s not because I get juices okay) which is not my preferred style of smoothie. I wish they made them thicker/creamier instead of watery and thin! What I like about this place is that it hardly gets crowded — probably because it’s not directly in the University Village but across from it — so they really give you the attention you’d want with service! Corporate, if you’re reading this, lower your prices on the açai bowls. I freakin love them but $ 7-$ 8 for a bowl the size of my palm(very small btw)? Bye.

I love, love Jamba. Always been a loyal customer over the years to different locations. Lately when I’ve come here there’s always new staff that don’t seem to know what they’re doing or take a longer than normal time to expedite am order. Considering I come when it’s not crowded I hope that the next time I come the staff will be more efficient. This is a side note but occasionally I see employees wipe their nose or scratch their hair and continue working… it makes me gross out a bit. You’re handling food & drink, PLEASE mind your hygiene. Downsides /reasons why I’m re-rating a lower reviews: 1) slower service 2) workers seem not trained enough 3)(therefore) smoothies are inconsistent, sometimes they’re good sometimes it feels like I could have made my own & a better one at that

The manager here is awesome and I recommend any student or any person to come to this Jamba Juice! From a person trying to be healthy to a person that just wants a nice cool refreshment, this place is the place to be at. The manager makes sure everything is done properly and makes sure the environment is positive. I don’t think I would ever have a bad experience with his work ethics! :) thumbs up!

if anybodys been to riverside, you know its always super hot! so when you walk into a smoothie place wouldn’t you expect it to be cold? when i walked in it was so stuffy and it seemed like the ac wasn’t even on. and there was a super long line. theres usually only 2 workers there… no wonder the line is so long and it takes forever to get your drinks… I was there for about 45 min waiting for my 4 drinks. however, they made the drinks fine and it tasted like what it should’ve tasted like.

«Just to let you guys know, we don’t have any smoothies, just bananas.» Just put a sign on the door or close the shop? How does a smoothie shop run out of stuff to put in the smoothies? I’ll never understand. But just let us down easy! Don’t let us stand there for a few minutes then tell us.

I came to this Jamba Juice location since it’s the closest to me and they currently have a BOGO on smoothies & juices. Went to the cashier and started ordering, since it’s 8PM and the BOGO deal was going on, they were out of pineapple sherbet, which is an ingredient in majority of the drinks on the«classic smoothie» menu. I understand that the workers must be tired of the rush of college students coming in to take a break from studying from finals and trying to do the BOGO deal, but the cashier seemed to be rushing us, did NOT give us a greeting such as «hi» or «how may i help you,» did NOT give us a receipt, AND did NOT say a closing line such as «have a good day» or «thank you.» She honestly looked like she was annoyed and did not want to be working. **If you are going to work the cash register, you are in direct contact with customers and should always have great customer service. This review is strictly for the lady working the cash register at the time for her unfriendly and unwelcoming customer service. Jamba Juice is a bright place, and with her not-so-bright personality, she should either be in the back cleaning or just not come to work if she’s going to be in such a bad mood.

This is by the far the worst Jamba Juice I have ever stepped foot in and I will not go back there again. This place is a joke!!! I went over yesterday on 02÷04÷15 during my lunch time and I ordered an Acai berry bowl. The girl said there were no bananas or blueberries, just strawberries. She recommended to add more frozen fruits in the bowl to substitute the lack of fresh fruits. Great! When she handed me my bowl it was maybe 4 scoops of the acai blend and I was done. Oh, there was only 4 sliced up strawberries I asked the girl is this it?!? She said she had to put it in a bigger bowl which i couldn’t understand why she didn’t put it in a 16ounce bowl like how i ordered it. It was waist of my $ 6. The girl knew I was upset and nothing was done about it. I should’ve went to Juice it up across the street. Thank you, Not a Happy Customer!

Aww I love this Jamba Juice location! Over the past few months I have noticed they really take part of having a very clean store. I ordered a classic smoothie(Caribbean Passion) and they made it very quick compared to the day st. Location. Definitely will be coming back :)

I love Jamba Juice & their wellness bowls so much. Shoutout to Ines for dealing with all my crazy add ons & substitutions but she made it so perfect it tasted pretty similar to the bowl I usually get from Banzai Bowl in Laguna! Definitely try the acai berry bowl with extra granola, it’s delicious :)

Had a coupon for an Acai bowl, so I went to get one and it took the girl ten minutes to make it. I was the only customer in the place. They didn’t have any bananas, so they asked if I would like extra fruit on the top. I said that was fine. They give me the large bowl when it’s done and there are a few pieces of fruit on the top. I asked for more strawberries or blueberries and the girl said, «They are in the bowl already.» Wait… what? There was maybe one full strawberry and eight blueberries. This is extra? Not only that, but the bowl was at least a third empty. I won’t go out of my way to visit this location again.

Started off with the wrong foot. I had this coupon on my phone for 50% off on Acai Bowl(which will expire in 3 days). The girl there told me their computers cant accept that yet but they will in the future.(What future? This coupon expires in 3 days.) the bowl was good but small in my opinion.
