We started Integrity Window Cleaning 25 years ago as a way out of the dying aerospace industry. It was always our goal to share the American dream of being self-​employed. Alan is the man you will meet when it’s time to clean those windows! He is our full-​time owner/​operator here at Integrity. You will never have a stranger in your home or on your property. Unlike other companies, we do not hire off-​the-​street laborers to come into your home. Alan will be your only employee! Cleaning windows for 25 years now, he is fast, detail-​oriented, and impeccably clean. This business means everything to him, and you will see that by his work ethic. A middle-​aged gentleman came to clean up our 32 windows. His
name is Alan Weiss. His phone number is
951−313−0376. he charged $ 200 which was fair for this area but not appropriate for the result of the JOB.
He rather worked fast with almost no water. As far as his window cleaning I give him three stars. TheWindows were not shining after he cleaned them like you expect after you hire a
professional window cleaner. Also blamed it on a few spots between two double
windows (the windows are ten years old in a ten years old house in a warm
climate with no humidity.). This condition had nothing to do with that he just
was not a professional window cleaner. He did nor cleaned the frames, screens or ledges of the windows. When I showed the dust by wiping the screen, he said:” O well I did
not say I wash the screens, I just brushed them”. Then very lightly, I
wiped the window ledge, and again there came lots of dust and again he said he
brushed them and vacuumed their dust. When I asked for the receipt, he even was cockier and arrogantly said he brush the cobwebs with a conceited smile on his face.
I gave the service 2
Deducted one star for
not cleaning the screens or brushing it properly.
You do not have to wash the screen if you brush it thoroughly.
One star deducted for not cleaning the ledges of the windows, and one star deducted because after I had inspected his poor skills he showed what he wants to be. This guy had an executive style manner for a window cleaning job! LOL!!!

From start to finish, this was the most professional window washing service! Alan is the owner and he is friendly, professional and honest. I liked him from the minute I met him and he worked quickly, carefully and my windows and mirrors look fabulous! I had neglected my windows for quite a long time and now I feel like I’m in a new house again! Alan certainly lives up to the name of his business!!! Definitely a five star operation!

There are so few times in life that you get pleasantly surprised by a company providing a service. Alan of Integrity Window Cleaning certainly surprised me.
Looking to get my house cleaned, I needed a company to clean the windows of my two story home. Alan quoted a fair price, showed up on time and did an incredible job. He was so thorough on my windows and screens inside and out. My windows sparkle now. I swear I’m getting more air through my screens too.
