Got Sleep? by Sleep Train

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new mattress and just wanted to look around and check out prices. We went in with no intention to buy but after being shown a couple of mattresses and the adjustable base, we were sold. We were helped by a young blonde lady, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she was great help. John then stepped in and answered a few questions that she was not sure of and he took it from there and set up our delivery. Overall I had a great buying experience. However, the delivery was kind of a mess. The first time our mattress was delivered, the delivery guys dropped it and put a big asphalt mark on it. They caught it and told us they were sorry and had to return the mattress and reschedule delivery. The next day Nestor called to apologize and promptly schedule a new delivery. A new delivery was scheduled for the next day and it was received by my wife while I was at worked. She failed to notice that the mattress delivered was a second hand used mattress. We purchased a new mattress. As soon as I noticed I called Got Sleep? Nestor answered and I explained the situation, he apologized again and started looking into what had happened. Nestor and John got back to me, explained there had been a mix up. They assured us that the mattress that was delivered was properly cleaned and that we may sleep in it while they rescheduled delivery of our new mattress. A couple of days later our new mattress was finally delivered and we were happy. Though the delivery process was not that great and I understand that sometimes these things happen, the service and attention we received from the staff from Got Sleep? at Tyler Mall was excellent! Thank you!

I give this place 1 star after how I was treated when trying to get my money back by an associate named Nestor. Total jerk! I will never recommend this place to anybody

The best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had! Nestor was the best! he did everything to make sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in the door and did everything to make sure I had chosen the right mattress! now I’m getting the best sleep I’ve ever had! Definitely the place to go if you need any matches and please ask for Nestor if you want the best experience!!!

My boyfriend and I have been searching for a bed for a couple months and couldn’t seem to find a comfortable bed. We walked into Got Sleep and Melissa was so much help. We told her our budget and she got it even cheaper! She was so much help and the entire process was so easy! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pillows as well! Thank you Melissa and Got Sleep for making my nights peaceful! I highly recommend coming to this place for a mattress!

We were there and John was accommodating, friendly and helpful. If we would buy another mattress we will definitely go back to this place.

I called the sleep train store to inquire about a bed. The sales rep was so helpful she price matched the same bed I found from another retailer and the bed was delivered the same day. When the delivery guys showed up they put down a red carpet and kept everything super clean. I will defiantly purchase from them for future needs. Thank you sleep train

I needed a mattress quickly for my father in law who had just moved in. Sales associate, John Moore listened to my problem and provided a solution fast! My father in law was sleeping on his new matress the very next night! We had exceptional service at Got Sleep! The mattress was like no other… I highly recommend this store… Ask for John Moore!

We went into the store not knowing much about tempur pedic mattresses and walked out buying one and full of information thanks to Melissa. Melissa is outstanding in explaining every aspect of these mattresses. She was very helpful and patient with us. She answered every question we had and added additional helpful information. If you’re looking into buying a new mattress or have any questions regarding them look for Melissa, she’s great.

Just tried out the hydra luxe, a cooling pillow that is super comfortable. Buying it as a gift for my moms birthday and she tested it out and loved it! Rosa was great help once we walked in! Great environment and great customer service :)

Ended up swinging in here 1 night at the mall just to take a peek and check out what I was missing. Ended up coming back a week later to get the iComfort, split cal King with movable base. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the help we received from Melissa. She was absolutely amazing! She was patient with all our questions and not pushy or rushing us at all.

Melissa was very helpful an well knowledgeable an able to price match with extra discounts.

Rosa was super helpful! I came in to purchase pillows for my parents. She offered to show me other options and had me trying them out on the bed. I actually found better pillows than the ones I came in for. If you’re looking for comfy pillows come see Rosa.

Melissa is very helpful & knowledgeable. Great customer service. I walked in looking a bed for my little brother whom he has Cerebral Palsy. She recommended and gave many mattresses to choose from. Answered all my questions and concerns. Hopefully it’s the right bed for my brother.

Melissa was very helpful and found us the perfect pillows! We just moved to southern cali and have been warned about the heat… these pillows are cooling a d have a 5 year warranty. Looking forward to using them! Thank you!

Walked in just to check the beds. Leaving owning my own i comfy bed. The manager John is awesome. All staff are super helpful and friendly. Now I got the best sleep ever! Love my bed!

Came into the store today to browse some cool touch pillows. The staff (John) was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select a pillow. They provided a very comfortable atmosphere with no sales pressure. Can’t wait to try out my new pillow. Thanks John

Nice atmosphere. Joseph was nice and super helpful. I really like the way he helped me find the right pillow for me. Saving up to go back and get a tempur pedic from him. He was very knowledgeable about it and made me want to get one in the future.

Came in to check out the awesome tempur pedic beds they have. The showroom is nice and clean and definitely has a homely vibe to it. The employees were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions confidently. I tried out a tempur pedic mattress and it was very comfortable, especially with the movable bottom. If you’re walking around the mall and need a spell, stop in and put your feet up.

I had a very good experience at this store. Joseph was our sales representative, I recommend him. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy and sleeping well on our new icomfort. We had a couple of bumps along the way and Joseph really came through. The selection is good and they have all the accessories you need.
