History

Established in 1994.

Gann Asphalt, Inc. was founded in 1994 as Gann Asphalt Maintenance, with Brian Gann as sole proprietor. The company specialized in residential asphalt maintenance; providing services such as cleaning, crack filling and sealcoating.

The company continued to grow and in 1997, was joined by current co-​owner and COO, Joe Abner. With the addition of Mr. Abner, services such as: sitework, asphalt repair and asphalt paving were added. In 1998, the company was incorporated and renamed Gann Asphalt, Inc. At the constant request of customers, additional services were provided, such as: concrete repair and replacement, drain system repair, signage replacement and parking lot snow removal.

Today, Gann Asphalt, Inc. is a full line asphalt, concrete paving and pavement maintenance company. Serving the Kansas City Metropolitan and surrounding areas. Gann Asphalt, Inc. primarily serves commercial, industrial and retail properties — and is a proven leader in this industry.
