This place is the best! The mechanic Mark is super nice and he answered all my questions and he didn’t talk down to me because I’m a girl. He had my little honda up and running in three days!

Awesome, trustworthy, straight forward business! I moved here from Texas and needed some suspension work done on my lowered ford Lightning. Mark went above and beyond to take care of me. Truck rides perfect now. Hard to find a place you can trust to work on your vehicles that doesn’t try to take advantage of you. He will be getting my business for all my automotive needs in the future!

The waiting area may not be much, but the work Mark and his crew do is spot on. Not counting oil changes, I have been there I think 4 or 5 times the past couple of years. On 2 of those occasions he gave me different options regarding options and cost. They don’t do smog checks, but they are perfectly willing to do a diagnostic check for free prior to you actually getting the test to avoid any surprises.

First let me start by saying that I’ve been taking both my personal and business trucks to Mark for almost 20 years. He is honest and upfront — ALWAYS! I had a major repair recently done and I took it to the dealer «Big Mistake». Not only did it cost me more and take longer then it should have, the dealer wrecked my truck. Lesson learned!
So, trust me, if your car needs a little care or a major repair before you have the work done stop by and have Mark look at it. Odds are you won’t be sorry. I will never make that mistake again.

This is by far the best, most reliable and honest repair shop I have ever patronized. Mark is a great guy to work with and he will always treat the customer right. I’ve had him solve all types of problems on my various cars for the past 18 years and have been totally satisfied with the service every time!

I took my car to another repair shop for air conditioning repair and was told the job would be 1200 dolars. Got a second opinion here and was told 800 dollars and the repairs needed were different than the other place told me. Well you guessed it this shop was right on the money and the head honcho was very cool and professional and my air works great !! They have earned my business and anyone I know should use this shop! my dad has taken his pt cruiser to Mark for 8 years now, and since the car was passed down to me, I only trust Mark to fix my car. he never rips off he fixes what needs to be fixed. very honest guy. go to him for your car. I will forever go to fletchalls.

Hands down the best shop I have EVER been to. This place was mentioned online for someone looking to find a decent auto shop. Upon checking out the reviews online I felt comfortable coming here. I have been to other places (including dealerships) & have been quoted outrageous prices, suggested to fix things that didn’t need to be fixed, & the work was mediocre. Mark is HONEST, which I thought was unheard of in this field. His prices are great, but most of all his work is OUTSTANDING. A majority of his business is referrals and now I can see why. I have recommended him to everyone I know. I have a Cadillac SRX & a Mini Cooper. He takes care of my cars. As long as Mark is in business I will never go anywhere else.

Customer for life! I took my cadillac in after it blew a hose on the freeway with my little girl in the back seat. I don’t know anything about cars and I’ve always had THE WORST experience with untrustworthy, greedy, mechanics. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE! From the moment I called to get a estimate to the moment I picked up the car the next day I was treated with respect and AWESOME customer service. Mark told me exactly what was wrong with the car and explained everything they did to fix it. Great work, AWESOME price! Know that when you go to Fletchall’s your gonna get taken care of.

Its very difficult to find a repair shop that you can trust, but Mark runs an honest repair shop. He is very straight forward with you from the beginning. I heard about the shop by word of mouth from one of the guys i work with. I have taken my cars to him a few times, each time he has found the problem and given my options on whether to proceed or wait on a repair. He will do his best to diagnose the problem and give you a fair price and have your car finished by the end of the day.
The shop is only open M-​F, so you will have to make arrangements or bring your car in when you have a free day. There is a small waiting room, so bring a book if you are going to wait, there is a diner, starbucks, movie theater, and mall all within walking distance if thats what you want to do while you wait.

Fletchall’s was great! I thought something was wrong with my transmission and even took it to a different mechanic first who told me it had to be some computer issue and they couldn’t fix it. I explained the problem to Mark and it was ready the next day! Great service and good prices. I’ll definitely be going back next time my vehicle needs to be looked at!

Let me tell you about this place… it’s amazing! Mark has taken care of my vehicle for years! I had a 2003 Camry for about ten years before Mark told me to get rid of it because of it’s constant wear and tear. Any other mechanic would love that I constantly came to repair my vehicle but Fletchalls is honest and really care about the customer and the car! Price is worth what they do. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else

Mark is good people. I’ve taken my vehicles here twice to fix what other mechanics out of the area have butchered. I pick up my cars ready for the road and have not returned for any work to be corrected. He is a small operation, so they sometimes miss their commits for completion, but I go in there knowing this small business sometimes has a bit more than they can manage. But Mark is such a good guy to work with, that it’s not worth taking away a star.

My wife and I will never go anywhere else. Mark is the most honest person and has taken care of our 4 cars. Not to mention our other cars which we sold. Always A+ work and price. Once you go there it will be the last place you take your cars too. Nice to know you get honest work done knowing they aren’t taking advantage if you. A must go to place.

Mark and his crew are awesome! I’ve taken my last three vehicles to him for the past 7 years and have referred everyone from family to my boss; they have all been extremely pleased and thankful. From my experience Mark has not completed unneeded work and has been honest and clear with the work completed. I recommend his shop to anyone looking for a mechanic.

One of the best auto mechanic shops in the Inland Empire. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, it’s hard to find an auto shop that you can trust to do work honestly, and not bullshit you just to add on unnecessary charges to your bill. Mark is always honest, will give me an accurate and fair price, will even tell me when stuff should be done, but can wait until I can fit it into my budget. The work is always done on time. I’ve rarely had them tell me they have to keep my car more than one day. They even fixed my daughter’s broken glove compartment latch free of charge, since it just needed to be bent back into shape. Another shop would have most likely charged us for a whole new latch, plus labor to install. And we didn’t even have the car in for the glove compartment latch! Mark just noticed the problem and fixed it. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
One word of caution, though: Fletchall’s isn’t open on weekends. So, it does mean dropping the car off in the morning on a work day, and finding an alternate way to work, or taking the car in on a day off. Still, small price to pay for a mechanic that is honest and reasonably priced.

You know you’re dealing with an honest mechanic when his bays are full of cars, he’s too busy to service your car without an appointment and yet he still takes the time to look under the hood and give you his opinion, advice and even an estimate so you will know what to expect at the next shop.
Note, the owner, Mark, didn’t have time to service my car. He came recommended by a friend. He was upfront and honest with me. I’d go back to him.
