Waited for about 40 minutes. And they still called others before me and my sister. Super bad costumer service

This review is for Trina — she is AWESOME at cutting and styling men’s hair! I’ve been to several barber shops and have left looking like someone took a lawn mower to ¼ of my head… here, she gets it right every time. I’ve seen other guys get haircuts here as well, and one time there was a lady getting a pedicure who made the same comment I did about how Trina is really good at cutting men’s hair. I have a pretty simple haircut, so if you want something super complicated or crazy, I can’t speak for that. But I’ve never left disappointed.
Just a note — they get super busy sometimes, especially on weekends, so I would call ahead and make an appointment. (Mostly, I call just to make sure she is working the day that I need a haircut.)
Also, there is a $ 1.00 charge for using your card, BUT you can tip using your card! They have a slot for the tip — so you don’t have to feel bad about not tipping bc you didn’t bring cash.

Rude service, the wait is about an hour long and they don’t do a great job. Forget it, not worth the waiting.

They have the worst service ever! Honestly do not come here. They made me wait for an hour, no exaggeration, and kept skipping me! I ended up just walking out and instead of apologizing they were just laughing. What kind of service is that? They deserve zero stars!

This place is absolutely amazing. I got my manicure done by Jennifer, she was awesome and very thorough. She went through every step and showing the cleanliness of the tools use. The nail spa is clean and coming from someone who’s a neat freak, I approve. The staff is wonderful they talk to you while they work on your mani and pedi and Hoa does an amazing job at messaging legs! I would definitely choose her to do my pedicure. They assured me that if u had any issues I could come back and get it fix. I have went to the nail spas around the area but haven’t found a great one like this. I would definitely be going here in the future to get mani/​pedi done again!

My favorite nail place because they don’t do bulky, thick nails… They’re thin and natural looking nails after they’re finished.

I give them a 5 because out of all the salons I’ve been to they are the only ones that can get my nails the way I like them. I always ask for Trina for my full sets and get whoever is available for my pedicure. Prices are affordable and as long as I live in the IE they are the only salon I’ll go to for my nail needs

I have been getting my nails done here for the last 10 years. Recently Tracy no longer works there and I had Tram do my pedicure. She was a bit rough and it was painful at times. That night a woke up to both my big toes throbbing. My toes felt wet and very painful. I called the shop and spoke with Lisa that wanted me to come in. I went that afternoon after picking up my daughter from school. By that time both toes where infected with pus on the sides. She said to just put whatever ointment on them. I told her that I would go to the doctors if they didn’t feel better. She said to send her the bill if I decided to go. I soaked my feet every nigh for a week and put Neosporin but it took a good two weeks to get better. The sides of both my toes skin completely peeled off. I am upset because no follow up was ever made and my money was not refunded for the pedicure. I will never return.

They left me waiting in the chair 1.5 hours with foil wrapped on my nails, turns our she took a lunch while my gel polished soaked off. They charge 2 $ extra to remove gel polish. The polish came up clumpy and they refused to fix it. Do not recommend this place.

I have been here a few times before not too bad. But I have been here for two and a half hours for a simple mani-​pedi and eyebrow wax. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and had a forty five minute wait to be seated then had to wait another 20 minutes to get my manicure and I am still currently waiting for my eyebrow wax going on 35 minutes now. I will stick to the salon at the mall they’re quick and have way better customer service.

Just got my pedicure done by Tiffany and she was really good! Great massage too! I will be coming back.

This place was terrible. Overly priced and they cut both my mom and I. I asked if they could do a gel pedicure and that I had gel polish already. They said yes. Even picked my color. Halfway through they say they don’t do gel pedicures. Miscommunication there. Paid for my regular pedicure and left. After they chased me to my car to tell me I was undercharged for the callus removal and gel polish removal. $ 27 total. Too much in my opinion for a strip mall nail shop.

Oye… I’m here right now as I write this. It’s my first time here, and I really wanted to like it. It’s close to home and nice in here. However, the lady got the hot towel after she was done putting the lotion on my legs/​feet opened it up and put it directly on my legs. She didn’t shake it out to cool it off AT ALL. It hurt so I said «ouch» and she just took it off my leg, waited a milisecond, and put it on my feet instead (still very hot). I may give this place another chance, but that was ridiculous.
And like the other reviews here I don’t think anyone here speaks hardly any English at all which is a little frustrating, but fairly normal. Other than that it was a pretty good experience.

I visited the salon because I had a problem with an in-​grown toe nail. I visited a friend who lives nearby, she told me about the salon and said that I should have one of the techs give me a pedicure so they can solve my in-​grown nail problem.
I’ve never visited a salon, let alone for a pedicure, thought it was a woman thing, but I was surprised that there were a couple of guys sitting in a chair having their feet in a bath or spa (sorry I don’t know the proper terminology).
I was served immediately with warm smiles, the nail tech was nice but focused on her work, after all I didn’t want to be chit-​chatting while she was working on cutting my in-​grown nail! The nail tech soaked my feet in the spa, which felt pretty good, to tell the truth it was a relief not to have the in-​grown toe nail.
I felt at ease sitting in the chair watching the television on the wall and relaxing in the chair.
The process took around 20 – 30 minutes including the in-​grown toe nail trim and pedicure.
The salon was busy but the staff was attentive and the shop was clean.
I hope I don’t get another in-​grown nail but if I do I will be definitely be coming back.

Don’t go here. No one spoke English. The lady took a towel from a previous customer and wiped up the Floor. Then she put her hand in the. foot basin with it full of water my feet were in it! The instruments were just rinsed at a sink and brought back to be used one the next victim. I left because don’t want hepatitis from this place. They said they have a sterilized but don’t use it.

So I walk in and they asked what I wanted done I was in the middle of telling her but before I could finish what I wanted done she turns around and starts talking to the other workers. Then she said its gonna be like a 10 minute wait but it was more like 30 minutes.
Then I wanted my old set of acrylic taken off and the lady was hurting me she just ripped them off and I told her that it hurts and if she could soak them or a different way she completely ignored me and proceeded as I kept telling it hurt.
I then wanted a full set and was telling them that one of my nails was crooked and she filed it a little, but was still crooked .
I really liked this place I’ve been multiple times and loved it every time except today must have not been there good days but I feel like if I’m paying you for my services then you should do it to MY standards.

Im really upset. after a day of walking i fugured i was due for my pedi. Against my better judgement i decided to do it here. I had come several times they never have what i ask for in color and alway give excuse when i ask for additional things. I pay extra for the additional things i want. She litrerally cut into my skin. I tried to suggeat that it hurt by pulling my fot away then i told her please be gentle. It turns put she doeant speak english. Great for me finally she poked me with her instrument i just couldnt take the pain i litteraly got up and left.

The service is average but the customer service is terrible! Communication consists of tugs, pulls, and taps on your legs or hands. It’s a shame too because I used to really love this place. It won’t cost them a thing to smile and be a little more friendly.
The woman that did my pedicure was so rough and focused more on the news on their TV than she did on my toes. The other woman that was working on my gel manicure didn’t even say hello or smile yet she was quick to tell me not to pick up my phone once she heard it go off.
Definitely won’t be coming here again.
