Are you a patient about to be discharged from the hospital – but you’re not well enough to go home? Do you require additional nursing and rehabilitation by skilled healthcare professionals around the clock? Our goal is to help each patient get well and return home and we will do everything in our power to make that happen. Nursing homes of today have become a high acuity extension of the hospital and are referred to as «skilled nursing facilities.» These facilities are open 24 hours a day and employ Registered Nurses at least 16 hours per day with Medical Directors and Directors of Rehabilitation that oversee your rehab, recovery, and overall health. Whether you are a short-​term patient or long-​term resident, we strive to be the very best in patient care and overall patient satisfaction. We recognize that most would rather be at home than at a skilled nursing facility, but our goal is to help you rehabilitate quickly and have a terrific experience. Our friendly and accommodating staff will gladly make hospital visits and answer any questions about the process. We want to facilitate your admission from the hospital and make that transition as smooth as possible.
