Was referred to Exit through my home warranty company. They provided excellent service! Responded very quickly and was able to come out the next day. Jesse was prompt, professional, diagnosed my problem right away and fixed it on the spot. I would highly recommend Exit!

I too was put in touch with the Exit Garage Doors through my home warranty. Although the broken spring was not covered under the warranty the company and George were very accommodating in regards to the price and having the spring fixed within a few days. George was very professional and available to answer any questions that I had about the work.

This company was part of my 1^st American Home Warranty policy. They were horrible, tried to find reasons for things not to be covered, a came up with a list of things that do not have to be done, and then came back with a bill that was more than DOUBLE the amount I paid to have the job done through another company. Their technician was awful and the home warranty would not work with me regarding a better service company. They assigned a company that is more than 60 miles from my home when there are over 25 companies within 30 miles.

Our 2 openers had hit the 10 year mark and started having wear and tear issues. We called Exit Garage Doors and Jesse came out the next day and did a true pro job. He explained the issue, what it would take to fix it and what the cost would be. He performed the repairs and now both doors open super-​smooth like new. Great experience.

Warranty through our realty company. We are always on the go and Fernando was awesome at giving us a heads up and recommended that he can call 30 min before arriving which gave us time to go out and eat lunch and meet him at our house. This company was contracted to me thru American Home Shield and i didn’t need to pick from a predetermined list. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent service with i received. I will start by saying my technicians arrived not only on time, but actually ahead of schedule as i told them i would be home waiting for them. Jesse and Richard are polite and enthusiastic about doing the best job possible. My motor was out of adjustment and it was a easy fix for them. The guys then offered to program my wife Audi for me to the door since i was having trouble linking up. Another simple task for the techs as it literally took them 30 seconds to program. Saved me money by not having to have the dealer come out and program for me. So i would like to take this opportunity to thank my techs, Jesse and Richard. Thanks guys!

I was put in touch with Exit through my home warranty, which did not cover repair of my opener. Fernando came out to our home and was professional, explained the situation, and even gave me a quote to get a new opener when we were ready. When it came time to replace it, I went back to Exit and Fernando. He came the same day to measure and order our new door and was back a week later to install it. Installation day was super smooth; Fernando and Jesse were fast, clean and polite. They even programmed the opener to work with our car. If you need assistance with your garage or an upgrade, these are the guys to use.

I called this company through my home warranty and provided me with excellent customer service. My insurance policy didn’t cover for door balancing and broken spring. Even though it wasn’t covered George was glad to help me and explained to me everything that wasn’t covered through the insurance. He was very helpful and very professional. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

We originally found them through our home warranty service. The original problem wasn’t covered, but they did the work and did a good job. When we experienced a follow up issue, they came back and made an adjustment and solved it — no questions asked. I really like how they stand by their work and are very responsive. George is a true pro.

Jesse came out and fixed my garage door last week and was top notch!
Our home warranty service referred our claim to Exit on a Sunday night. Jesse called me Monday morning and was out within hours.
In no time at all my problem was solved. Jesse did everything he could to make sure I was completely satisfied with their service. He followed through on everything he said he’d do and made it clear that my satisfaction as a customer was his top priority.
I would DEFINITELY call them again but they did such a good job that I doubt I’ll need to.

These guys were able to book my appointment right away. I was quite impressed! John showed up within the scheduled time, and fixed my garage door right away! And it has been 2 weeks n I havent had any issues with my door! Very smooth and not noisy. John did not ask for any extra dime. In fact he educated us on how to maintain our garage door within our means and budget. And i really appreciate that he took the time, unlike other companies that come in and out and want extra money. So hands down John! Job well done!

These guys are terrible. They’re more interested in making a quick buck than actually fixing the problem.
I had a garage door that had trouble opening. I had a home warranty, and called them up, and they sent these guys to take a look. Two guys for a one guy job… hm. They looked at the door, noted it was heavy and needed re-​balancing, tried to sell me some expensive off-​contract ball bearings, and when I refused, they simply sprayed the rail with a spray lubricant, collected a service call check, and left. They were happy to offer me an expensive proprietary ball bearing system that wouldn’t actually fix the problem, but didn’t bother offering to re-​balance the door, which would have. Naturally, the door was broken again just a couple weeks later.
After calling another repair guy, who came out and actually FIXED the garage door (including re-​balancing, re-​mounting, and proper lubrication), I relayed my story to them, and the repair guy was stunned. He told me they should not have used a spray lubricant, as they are generally incompatible with the rail system of garage door openers (at the very least, Genie requires some proper compatible lubricants, none of which are spray-​type). So them using a spray lubricant would actually eventually sabotage and damage my garage door, resulting in more costly repairs and service calls.
Don’t use these guys. They just send some salesman to get you to buy something expensive and unnecessary, and their knowledge and skill is inept at best, and downright intentional sabotage at worst,

George is the man!!! He fixed my GD motor in nothing flat! Within seconds of removing the cover he knew exactly what the problem was.
He even helped me move a few bulky items out of the way so he could get to the motor:)
Now that’s customer service!!!
