Best experience with an AC company. Jessica was very professional and promptly provided me with an appointment. Once the problem was identified, the technician thoroughly explained my options for repair and at no point did I feel pressured, as I have in the past with other companies. I will not hesitate to continue to contact them regularly for maintenance, and have referred them to friends and family as well! I needed to get my air and heating system at my office building serviced. I called and spoke to Jessica and was able to get a same day appointment. The service was professional, prompt, on time, and neat. They changed out the filters, cleaned the compressors, and made sure everything was running efficiently and proper. I’m very pleased with their work and will be calling them again for any future air and heating work needed.

Fast, prompt service. Quickly identified and fixed the problem. Only charged us a small charge(under $ 35 as I recall). The team was nice, clean, friendly and articulate. What more could you ask for? Give em a call. I have no ideas why these reviewers left bad reviews, but I’m guessing its competition versus actual customer experiences.

Buyer beware! I am a 33 year service tech and these guys miswired a unit and left a compressor start winding terminal on the low voltage contractor coil in the condenser. Claimed the wrong motor was installed…(it’s a RHEEMOEM relacement) all the guy had to do was look at the motor wiring schematic on the side of the motor for his answer… amateurs! I called to get them to fix their mess… they do not take accountability for their mistakes. They could have learned something, but chose to be defensive and blame me… lol. Ashamed contractors like this mar the reputation of our once solid industry. Wish I could post pictures to show everyone. Very rude on the phone when confronted by the customer and me.

I would not recommend this company. The technician that was sent to my home for diagnosis was rude and had an ego problem. I told him that this was a second opinion and when I asked some questions as well as questioning his answers, he was hurt that I was questioning his judgement. He refused my service and told me good luck in getting more opinions. I would not recommend this company at all.

Great company! Called them out yesterday to help my aunt whose house was burning up. They were there within an hour and diagnosed the problem fast. Turns out her dog chewed some wires. The ac was back up and running and the party continued on! Appreciate they didn’t try to oversell us and just fixed what was needed!

This is not a good company. I was really disappointed with the services they provided. Technician John, tries to rip off by charging insane amount. He believes in misguiding the customer by diagnosing wrong problem and charging more amount. Will never call this company again. He gave me the wrong diagnosis and the quote was 4 times more.
