An added bonus. On a whim we decided to come down and have breakfast. It was the day of the air show. I would like to thank all the hard working people out there. I never felt like it was a packed crowded day. everyone was friendly and kind. I was sad that they had to cut breakfast short and service lunch but I totally understand and my lunch was very filling and I got to walk it off, checking out all the planes.

D&D Airport Café is a great place to eat and relax. The service is great, and food is top quality. I found out about them on a Facebook group some time ago. The employees here are all extremely nice, and do a great job serving their customers. Anyone comparing their food to Flo’s is nuts… D&D is on another level. Thanks Jennifer for the awesome service, and we will continue supporting this business!

I ordered steak and eggs medium well and steak was beyond well done, we didn’t want to send it back because we were scared to have our food tampered with so we asked for steak sauce and the waittress then asked if it tasted better and we said a little and she replied«well this isnt texas roadhouse» I believe you would get better steak and eggs at Norms and perhaps better courtesy. This place has gone downhill from the past.

My wife has been hounding me to go here for breakfast. Today, I gave in. I have no idea why this place is rated so high. Here is my spin on it: Mediocre Food. Bad service… Had to ask 3 separate times for a glass of water! If I could give it Zero stars, I would. 3 people…$ 40??? for BAD food! I had a ham and cheese omelette that was overcooked and looked like american«cheese» laid on top. Save your money and go to any one of the following nearby breakfast gems: Kountry Folks Riverside Brandon’s Diner(Any location) Amy’s Riverside Flo’s Riverside Red Hill Café Fontana or Rancho Cucamonga or… Egg McMuffin at Mickey D’s Never again… I should have gone to one of the local Indian Casinos. At least my $ 40 would have had a chance of something in return!

Great breakfast foods, great service and a fun view(especially if you have little ones obsessed with airplanes!!!) Previous reviews said the biscuits and gravy were good, and I agree! The gravy was perfect and the biscuits too! I was in heaven! My husband loved their pancakes! While there we even met the owners, who work there! The husband is the cook and the wife a server. They were both very sweet to our family, especially our daughter and gave her a toy plane! We asked when a good time to go and watch planes and eat would be(bc we will be returning!!) and they advised Saturday and Sunday’s but they get especially busy on Sunday’s due to the local church scene.

One of my most favorite breakfast places in Riverside. I take my family here all of the time and we all love the breakfasts! They have amazing biscuits and gravy and their pancakes are tasty as well. if you are looking for a great place to get breakfast, this is the place you need to visit.

Good food at RAL(Riverside Airport), and the service is fast and friendly! For a delicious lunch or dinner, I’d recommend the open face oven roasted turkey sandwich which comes with mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy.

Great food. Interesting atmosphere. Service was slow at first but once they remembered we were here the service improved. Generous portions. My husband and I shared a meal.

There are many positives to this place so here you go: the owners; Dave and Delmy are great people that take pride in their business and serve food that can be appreciated, the kids love sitting outside and watching all of the air traffic, most if not all of the food is cooked from scratch. They have specials on the white board that are all good, the service is fast and helpful and the prices are good. If you’re looking for a nice diner setting this is your place!

Perhaps it wasn’t the waitress’s fault who may have been their alone. But two of us in CAP flight suits watched her serve others before, after 10 to 15 minutes, we left to eat elsewhere.

The service is great! You seat yourself and they come right away with menus. The food is typical American food but I come here for the atmosphere. I really like getting their specials on the white board near the entrance because they are usually the tastiest on the menu. Can’t go wrong with any of the breakfast items. The air port is cute and retro, the view is wonderful. I love this place and every time I’m in the area I come here.

The service is super slow! The food is okay. Conveniently located near the airport but if you’re looking for a choice spot this isn’t it. Little green onion is worth the drive.

Love the at home feel of this place. All the waitresses are nice. In all honesty I love how real they are. No overly faKe niceness. Unfortunately today they seemed a lil under staffed. I couldn’t even get A refill on my drink. But either way my food was still great! But no matter what I will always come back it’s a great spot to take the family.

I’ve been to this small airport café only once but will definitely be back. Moreso because of the location and view than the food. Not that the food isn’t good, but the airport ops taking place just outside the window and the friendly, prompt service are the highlights here. Note however that the cook(not my waitress) was unwilling to sub tomatoes or fruit or anything low carb for the hash browns and toast when I ordered the daily special bacon and cheese omelette. Not sure if that’s a common restriction here, but I found it weird. Still though, this is a good little airport greasy spoon.

They have vegetarian food here! There isn’t a huge selection, but it is something that is exciting to me. I love traveling to airport cafes because I am a pilot. I haven’t had a huge amount of diversity of food at other airports. When you walk in there are signs about the riverside pilot’s club. There are specials on the white board and you seat yourself. The waitresses who work there are extremely nice and they make sure they can make anything you ask for. You can see the runway from the windows and you will see all kinds of pilots(rotor-craft and fixed wing) doing their preflight checks and taking off. I haven’t been able to make it to the airshow yet, but one day I hope to fly in for it!

Got very strange looks here which made my first(and probably last) experience very uncomfortable. People acted like they’ve never saw a female pilot before. Plus they were listening in on my conversations. Not returning. My server was very nice though…

Heard the lunch is meh and the breakfast was good. I ordered Corn Beef hash and poached eggs. Once I started eating I asked the question I should have asked before I ordered. «Is the hash canned»? «Yes it is». Oops my bad. The eggs were average, hash browns cooked in some kind a oily oil like substance. Even the coffee was inconsistent. First cup weak, second cup stronger; this comes from pulling the pot out and changing pots as it’s brewing. C’mon, some of us take our coffee seriously. It’s just your basic joint; nothing special here.
