I love this store — it’s conveniently located, has super convenient hours including Sundays and evenings now, and they almost always have the wine I’m looking for. The prices are very competitive. I’ve been a regular customer for a couple of years now, and though I patronize some of the other local wine/liquor stores too, this is the one I tend to keep coming back to.

That is pretty much my experience at the store and it will be my last. It is a shame because the store is in a great location. He didn’t even offer to help me find something close to what I was looking for. Please get better people some customer service experience.

Look like the store cleaned house and has some new friendly staff. Was greeted when I walked threw the door with a smile. Staff attentive and asked to help.
Now I’ll be shopping there more often.

I could not have said it better than Janice did above. This staff is cold, unhelpful and I’ve been here 20 times without so much as a hello or a smile. I have never seen a more indifferent staff. One could only imagine how much more wine they cuold sell if they had someone with product knowledge and some minimal people skills. This type of stuff drives me mad. I hate to see retail operations fail because of staff but my guess is they will make it simply because of their convenient location.

This establishment has it’s fair share of whiskey, wine, etc, but the people working there could use a personality and a smile for the customers every now and then. I went it there today, the one girl behind the counter was on her cell phone texting on her cell phone. She didn’t acknowledge me til I went to pay. Another girl came out of the back room, not saying a word to me either. I spoke to someone who has been a customer and he said the men who work there are just as unsociable. If they don’t like the job, find something else, as what they are doing doesn’t work. I will not go back there.
