Baby’s First Photos

I am expecting my first daughter. Leah was able to figure out her sex at only 12 weeks. I would recommend this location to all women expecting. Prices were reasonable and worth it. This location was also very welcoming. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much !

I want to give an updated review. Leah contacted me to come back for another session for free to have the experience I expected just by doing that showed me that she really cares about her customers trust me some places don’t .
I went in on a Sunday morning which wasn’t as busy and I could tell the difference. Like I mentioned before the girls are really nice and this time wasn’t as rushed I got to enjoy the experience and the biggest plus was my baby was awake! I got to see his hair, him yawning, and opening his mouth it was amazing.
I have now also realized that some things are uncontrollable your baby’s position or whether he’s active or not plays a huge role so go on a day that’s not busy drink orange juice 30 minutes before and if you know when your baby is most active.
I wanted to thank the girls for giving me a second chance to be able to experience that and to be able to share with everyone else my incredible experience I can’t wait to meet my baby I feel less I got a little closer with him. I even hugged the Leah to thank her.

One of the most important and beautiful experience in my life was perfect! Thank you to the ultrasound tech who was patient and helped get the baby turned around so the pictures were PERFECT!

Awesome customer service! Leah was friendly to us and made this experience very comfortable for me and my husband. You can tell it is a family owned business that cares for their customers. I didn’t feel rushed because Leah took her time to find the perfect picture of our daughter.

I loved my experience here. The tech was really friendly, we got to watch our baby move around my belly for 10 minutes which was awesome, & she found the gender pretty quickly. The baby was in a good spot so we got to see her up close & get lots of great pictures. I would definitely recommend the place!

We have been here a couple of times, The first time was very pleasant and to our surprise we were having a BOY! Which was quite exciting and brightened our day because we were previously told at another place that we were having a girl and of course we were excited but really was hoping for a boy! The second time we visited it again was great the tech was amazing!

An update to my previous review: shortly after posting my review, the owner contacted my husband and attempted to clear up the misunderstanding. In addition, she also expressed her apologies regarding the package descriptions on the website and explained that they have all been updated to accurately represent what they are currently honoring within their office. The owner offered several options to make up for our previous experience– one of which was a massage we were promised within the previously posted package. I opted for the massage as I was about 35 weeks pregnant and feeling discomfort in every which way. The massage was to Massage Green Spa, which we discovered was a very serene and relaxing facility! My husband ended up getting a massage with me :) Needless to say, we both enjoyed our treatments and are very pleased with the promptness of the owner’s concern for her customers’ satisfaction. Thank you, Baby’s First Photos, for making our overall experience just lovely! We will definitely recommend you to family and friends in the future :)

I wanted to update my review because the owner personally reached out to us and apologized and offered a free session to make up for the bad experience. The owner did an amazing job and really went out of her way to make it right. We were satisfied with the outcome of our new pics of our little baby boy. Definitely was disappointed. The technician is always running late and when my husband and I went 2 weeks ago she had told another couple whose appointment was 15 mins after ours,” oh I forgot I have to do «this one» next”. Are you serious is this the way you speak about customers? Then we got our DVD and cant hear our babies heart beat we can only hear their stupid background music. My husband has tried to get ahold of them but wow they never answer the phone. Its a waste of time and $$$$$$$ here. Dont come here ever if you want good customer service!!! Run away!!!

Did the Gender reveal package and it was awesome! They have huge screens to look at and play sweet baby music! Staff really friendly!

I agree with Kristina C. I wouldn’t spend another dime here or recommend this place. I came here and same situation my babys head was turned so we were not able to view babys face and they made me come back and pay again 30 $. I recommend going to another 3d spot there are plenty around Riverside area.

My wife and I went here because we could not stand waiting to get an image of our child. Despite him being stubborn and covering his little face, the ultrasound technician was patient and got some great images. Thanks!

I don’t think I could write enough good things about this place! Seeing as how this was the first time i was able to see my baby (I’m 20 weeks) I was a little nervous. Buffy was the tech and she was outstanding! So personable and genuine! We wanted to keep the gender a surprise since we are having a party and she was awesome at letting us know when she was viewing that area so we could cover our eyes. The DVD is $ 12 and so worth it. My little one was moving quite a bit which is neat to have on dvd. It’s very clean and quiet. I WILL be back with my family to do a 3D ultrasound! And the huge viewing screen is very awesome! And my boyfriend would like to add that the couch in the viewing room was very comfortable! (Men, ay yi yi!!)

I really enjoyed coming to this place. They have the sweetest techs. We went for the gender determination and she was able to tell us right away what we are having. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be going back when this baby is around 30 weeks! Cannot wait!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Went to baby’s 1^st just for fun. The tech was super sweet and there was NO wait.
We purchased the Gold Package because I just had to have the stuffed monkey with our baby’s heartbeat. The DVD and pics turned out amazing!
I gave only four stars because I felt the tech (although sweet) was a little rushed. Just kind of moved the ultrasound wand around fast and though she did confirm the gender (which we already knew), it was so fast that my husband missed it. We both meant to ask her to go back but were overwhelmed by the whole experience that we forgot. We think this will be our only baby but if things change, we’ll definitely go back!

I went to Baby’s 1^st Photos in early September. I was looking for confirmation of what I was having, since another 3d ultrasound place had told me they weren’t sure if she was a boy or a girl, I took to google to find baby’s 1^st photos and decided to give them a shot.
I called on a Tuesday. And since she is normally closed on Tuesday, she said she would go ahead and open for me! I was shocked ! I met her down at the new shop at 4:00.
The office itself is very clean, welcoming, and warm. You don’t feel awkward or like you are in a weird medical office or in a grimy stadium seating place like some of the other places around Riverside that do the ultrasounds…
My tech herself, is also the new owner of Baby’s 1^st photos… she was clean, professionally dressed, and had great customer service, and I felt like she actually cared.
The room where the actual procedure is done is very cozy, it is comfortable, and has enough room to fit extra people to view your little one.
Now let me tell you about quality. The pictures, the ultrasound video, everything is MUCH clearer then any other place I have been too. A mutual friend of mine had actually just gone to baby’s 1^st photos as well JUST the night before, and when I saw her 3d pictures I was shocked at how clear the baby’s face was. At the end of the day THAT is what we are all paying for, is good, quality pictures of our little peanuts!
I am now 22 weeks and considering doing the 3d/​4d ultrasound. And if I do, this place is DEFINITELY where I am going!

I’ve been here twice. The first time I went for the gender and it took the tech longer than expected to find out, however she did find out (this was at 16 weeks). This was before they moved. My first impression was great! She opened up early for me and when you first walk in you feel at home! I was super comfortable and didn’t feel awkward once.
The second time I went was at the new location. Again I felt at home and comfortable. This time around we went for the 4D and I was 28 weeks. When picking the package I originally wanted just the teddy bear package, however my husband decided he wanted to upgrade to the Gold package and we added the teddy bear to it. Since we did this she threw in the CD full of photos for us and we were not disappointed! The pictures were clear and my little boy was super active so she kept having to move around to get him, however she was patient and the photos came out great!
If I have anymore children I will be coming back! I will also be recommending this place to anyone I know having a baby. Thank you for sharing these precious moments with us!

My husband and I used Baby’s 1^st Photos when I was pregnant with my son (now 4yrs) back when they were in the same location as Barefoot Photography. We knew as soon as I took my positive pregnancy test that we would be back. Being able to seat my family and have them all be a part of actually seeing what our newest addition will look like was wonderful. The tech was so sweet and even went back and let us listen to the heartbeat again at the request of my son. This is our last child but I will recommend them to all of my pregnant friends.

Best 3D/​4D place around! Went here twice in 2009
With my first pregnancy and after getting conflicted genders this pregnancy we returned at their new location and it is really nice! The quality of the ultrasound is great also… We did a gender reveal at a different place a week prior and it was blurry and fuzzy… When we came here just like the doc office showed us a clear boy shot where the other place didn’t know how to get baby to move and predicted girl! Coming back for my 30 weeks scan soon! Come here and you won’t be disappointed!
