I want to give these guys a 5 star for their good customer service and care and attention to the problems we were having with our armada. Brought it in to get a new dvd screen and speaker installed. Did a really good job customizing the new screen. The speaker we had an issue with but not because of them but because of our amplifier. But they were very helpful and honest in advising us on what to do. Will definitively recommend this place to friends and family.

They’re all about their business!
Came in at 6pm on a Saturday, left at 6:30 with my new radio installed.
They work fast and even did extra installing a microphone in my car so I take phone calls as I’m driving!
No complaints, I recommend them

Had the pleasure of chatting with the owner and employees while waiting for my tint. I was recommended here by family and friends who had flawless experiences but was confused when I saw some negative reviews. I just bought my Benz yesterday and wanted to make sure I used the best in tint. After reading the reviews I realized the people leaving the reviews often left other negative reviews for other businesses and came to the conclusion how crappy it is for a few disgruntled people to affect someone’s business. These guys truly love their business and being a business owner myself I chatted with the Owner for a while and it’s evident that he loves his company and called it his «baby» and how hurtful negative malicious reviews can be. That aside, the way they treated me as a customer was 10 stars. They got me in same day and I just got my car waxed so they made sure before to show me a couple blemishes on the car from the wax before they started so I knew it was there prior. They gave me a killer deal and were so sweet to my 4 year old nephew that I had with me, even getting me a spoon so he could eat his snack. These guys are simply kind and they do have a lifetime warranty and stand by that. It is extra but worth it and there price was one of the most affordable of the 4 other tint places I went to. Jimmy and Mo are awesome dudes and I will send everyone here for the great customer service. The tint job was flawless, zero problems and they took their time. Go read my reviews if you have any hesitations I am very honest and do my best to give credit where credit is do. 10 stars!!! I also want to add I’ve tinted 4 vehicles in the last 7 years and have paid double the price on each than what they priced here.

$ 150 for aux input on my 2005 Honda. In and out service nothing especial about this place.

Awful customer service. I believe I met the manager and he was just so rude. I asked him about the deal he has on Unilocal and it seemed to have annoyed him because he quickly brushed it off. He said I don’t need it because he would give me a great price, which it wasn’t, it was a an average price. The stereo I ended up getting for my mothers van had Half of the display dim and the other bright, and when she would go over a pothole or bump, the stereo would turn off. We brought it back to get it fixed via their «warranty», and I use that term lightly. They said there was nothing they could do but refer us to the manufacturer warranty to get a new stereo, we would have to bring it back to replace and we would have to pay $ 25 in fees. It was ridiculous, with a bit of a debate my mother got the stereo replaced and they waived the fee.
I’m telling you these guys are not professional and are very rude. Not to mention they comment back on people’s bad reviews trying to absolve themselves of any fault and continue to point the finger at the customer. Do not come here.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE blamed use for picking wrong tint wanted limo and they put on dark and said it was are fault and wouldn’t do anything to change it the SUCK!!!

DONT MAKE A MISTAKE AND COME HERE! Worst customer service. Gave me a lifetime warranty on window tint, the tint they installed faded and said I didn’t chose the better tint, that it was my fault. A good shop would stand by their products. it’s not like they were cheaper than other shops. Go anywhere else.
RESPONSE: @essam your website clearly states you’ve been open since 1991. sure my tint was purchased in 2009 but we were told lifetime warranty which is why we kept the receipt. The tint faded significantly some time ago. And what significant discount did you offer? I was offered a $ 10 discount. As a business you need to stand by your products. Or stop carrying cheap tint.
RESPONSE 2. @Essam I originally paid 130. For the tint. Because of your lifetime warranty I shouldn’t have to pay anything. 120 is a ten dollar discount. I was treated like it was my fault for not getting the more expensive tint (which was never offered). I stand by my review hopefully your staff treats people better in the future. And you honor your warranty and not charge $ 90 dollars for something that should’ve been done right the first time

Good quality, fair pricing and timely work. I recommend them for auto tinting and stereo upgrades. Ask for Jimmy!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My husband called prior to coming in, we were told we had to come in for a quote for tinting that starts at $ 99 based on what we want. He walks in and is not greeted, when he is finally noticed, the employee says «what’s up what do you need.» EXTREMELY rude, I couldn’t believe a place of business allows their employees to greet potential business in that manner. My husband proceeded to tell him that we called prior about window tinting and were told to come in, the employee then responds with «yeah a lot of people call us.» Another extremely rude comment. Then my husband explained what car we had and what tinting we wanted and he then said «if you want the right tint it will be 185» my husband proceeds to ask him what do you mean by right tint? The rude employee then says «if you want the right tint it’s 185. You can go as low as 130 but that’s the tint that will mess up your radio signal». First of all what happened to the pricing starting out at $ 99? Second of all why would you even offer tint that alters your radio signal? And third of all how can a place of business have such unprofessional, rude, and classless staff. On top of it all while we were waiting, there were 3 different people there bringing their cars back in that had recently been tinted, complaining of tint already chipping off and bubbles all throughout the tint. We got out of there as soon as possible and took our business elsewhere. If I were you I would NOT come here if you expect good quality work and to be treated as a decent human being/​customer. I will be telling my friends, family, and business partners to stay away from this place!

Rude, Rude, Rude!!! I called and asked for a quote for tint for my new car. I was quoted 119 asked to make an appointment for a few days later and Jimmy agreed. I then called the following day because I could come in sooner and I asked for an appointment and whoever answered the phone this time says to me «just bring it in, it is walk-​ins only and you will just have to wait just like everyone else.» Thought that was rude but decided to go in anyway, When I got to the store they said to me «what do you want?» I explained that I had been quoted 119 for the tint. He says to me okay thats fine but thats only the rear two windows if you want all of them done that is an extra 50. When I said no thanks and continued to walk out they got really defensive and started yelling at me. Will never set foot in this place again and will tell all not to go here. Go to Sundown Window Tint, they know what customer service is and the stand behind there work, also when they quote you a price it is the price for the entire car not just the two rear windows!!!

About three years ago my stereo was stolen as my car was parked in my apartment complex.(sucks for me right) well after three years of driving in silence, I finally was able to afford a replacement. I went to Unilocal and found this place…
I arrived and was greeted and I got a «deal» on stereo plus installation. I waited about an hour, filled out paper work, paid, and there it is my stereo. I’m just glad I went on a warm day because there wasn’t any air conditioner. Overall my experience was good and I will be back.

I had something installed in my brand new car and the people were nice, honest, and good service. at first the device was great but in 5 months it started to have problems with the way it was mounted to my car. The first thing I learned on the initial install was to KEEP the receipt. I sure did and it was in my glove box. I came back to have it fixed. The person this time wasn’t friendly at all and he gave the vibe that I was a problem. I finally got a call that my car was done. Let me just say that communication and friendliness is key! Not «your car is ready» and hang up. Next time Try …“hi this is (name) from (place). I’m calling to let you know that your car is ready.” Overall I’m glad they fixed THEIR problem and hopefully I don’t run into that same guy again. Plus they left saw dust all over my seats and a screw.

Went for a head unit then they said they would install it free so I said ok. Then they messed with the amp when I told them not to because I was rewiring the amp and speakers myself. My wires had been pulled from my amp not unscrewed from the terminals. Yes I had thanked them for the install after 2 hrs and some condescending tones from them later. But when I got home and checked the work I had done did I realized that they completely striped out my seating mounting hardware by trying to install the bolt with an impact gun. Broke all the seat wiring clips and brackets. Didn’t mount my amp back down and had taken my good hardware I had the amp mounted with. So do not care to have anything done from these guys this has been my only review in 5 yrs of using Unilocal.Don’t worry Jimmy I’ll take care of it.

This place really gives you a deal and Jimmy will be honest and upfront with you and give you quality over anything. I purchased 6 speakers from here and it sounds incredible. I’ll be returning soon for a Window Tint, Navi System and Car Alarm! Thanks Jimmy!

This place is great. Got my windows tinted, and added an amp and subwoofer. My car looks and sounds great. Their prices are very competitive, and their work is great. I’m going to bring my boat here to get some work done. Thanks guys.
