All Saints’ Carden Academy

All Saints’ Carden Academy has been a gift to our family for the past five years. Our three children attended ASCA, which allowed us to experience the Jr. Kindergarten, elementary, and middle school programs. They loved going to school every day, and I felt at ease knowing they were safe and respected.
My kids learned about world cultures and religions, engaged in scholarly conversations, benefitted from a strong academic foundation, had fun at recess and PE, in art class, reading novels, doing math and science projects, exploring technology responsibly, cooking, playing in musical performances, writing, taking field trips, and so on.
ASCA became an extended family for us. The teachers and staff are dedicated and kind. I highly recommend this school for your children.

All Saints’ Carden Academy has been providing an excellent learning environment to the children of Riverside for over ten years. It is located in All Saints’ Episcopal Church near RCC and Central Middle School.
I have two sons who currently attend this school. One is in the elementary school and the other is in the Junior Kindergarten/​Preschool group. They both adore the school, look forward to going everyday and requested to be enrolled in the summer program.
I love the small class sizes and community feel to the school. Because the class size is small, I can talk to my children’s teachers everyday if I want to. My children know and are comfortable with all of the teachers at the school. I feel so at ease knowing they are there and being educated and cared for during the day.
The school is really into field trips and community service. Last year they made pizzas at the California Pizza Kitchen, made blankets to raise money for the homeless shelter, collected food for the needy and won the beautiful campus award.
Because the class sizes are small, teaching is highly individualized. The teachers facilitate allowing students to work above grade level if the student is able or provide extra attention if a student needs to work on a particular area.
There is before and after care enrichment and the school has a lego club on Friday afternoon that my boys and many of the students really look forward to each week.
The school also emphasizes enrichment classes like band, Spanish and art. They have Spanish everyday!
I can not say enough about this jem of a school.
