A Tooth Fairy Dentistry

Seriously the rudest staff ever! The office is not consistent with their schedule. Some months they have Saturday appointments and when I called to request a Saturday appt. 6months later, the staff was rude and said they never did Saturday appointments. The only good thing about this place is the male dentist, Dr. Vu and Linda the dental assistant are nice and kind to my child. Ashley is the rudest staff member I’ve ever dealt with, and should find a new job, because dealing with the public is not for her.

My son fell and busted his tooth after our regular dentist was already closed. We called A Tooth Fairy because they were still open and they were Awesome. The dentist asked me to text a couple pictures of the tooth and called back with advice to get through the night. We are not a patient there, and they still went above and beyond to help us! Very Grateful!

This dental office is wonderful. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. They are very attentive and patient with the children. My toddler had a very positive first dental visit.
I highly recommend this office.

I was so HAPPY to find Dr. Tang! They have wonderful structure here so your appointment goes smooth. The office staff is very warm and inviting, they took time to speak to me clearly so I could understand what they are doing to my daughter or what they could do for her. I really appreciate the passion of the employees.

I was referred to this dental office on the 2^nd week of January for my 3yr old son. They took all the information so they can check if my insurance will cover and faxed me papers to fill out then scheduled my son’s appt for ²⁄₁₃. I received a call today (first call since i first talked to them back in January) and left a message saying they cannot see my son because my insurance is not eligible. So i called back and asked why they tell me this just now. I am a parent who works and had to arrange schedule for work and cancel meetings only to find this out a day before the appt?! They said they were too busy to check. That is just unacceptable answer to me especially because they had more than a month to check on this and i could have tried finding another dentist in that time period. I definitely DO NOT recommend this office if they do not have the courtesy to call and let a patient know ahead of time things like this. Very frustrating.

I have a 4 year old and have been here twice. I would’ve given it 5 stars had I not been sitting next to employees bickering. Which was so awkward and unprofessional. I get it the assistants are young but there’s a time and place for everything and that was not it. Aside from that the doctor is extremely kind and patient. My kid has no problem sitting there getting checked and cleaned which is a big plus for anyone with younger kids. The atmosphere is nice and tidy. I highly recommend it and will continue to take my kid there as long as I live in the area.

I took my 17 month old here because he fell and knocked his tooth loose. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day. We didn’t have to wait very long at all to get seen by the dentist. All of the staff were as nice as could be to me and my son. They did their best to entertain my energetic son, they gave him toys that he actually got to keep, they have a TV on the room with kids shows on it, and they have cute décor in the office and room. The dentist was fantastic, my son had to get X-​rays, which weren’t very fun for a 17 month old, but everyone was great in helping to calm him down and get the pictures that they needed. The dentist was so informative, and talked to me for as long as I needed. Everyone was so caring, this is definitely our dentist from now on! I would highly recommend this place!

Since doing my initial review on 1÷14÷13 two weeks ago I requested my childrens dental records. Here it is 14 days later and still no records. Lupe at the office keeps saying oh the dentist just arrived and she will print them out and we will call you. (BLANK STARE) Looks like I’m going to have to go down there.

Dr. Tang is the best pediatric dentist around. My kids love her (even though they’ve had tons of cavities) and she has great staff.

This place is great for kids! I took my nephew here and he wasn’t scared after all! He received a toy once his cleaning was finished. The staff was kind and courteous. They had the walls painted with an under water theme which was pretty awesome! I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone around the area!

AMAZING!!! Before I was referred to this office, I took my 4 year to different dentist, and it was a nightmare they literally bruised the side of her face with the x-​ray machine, she hated the dentist she wouldn’t stay still all she was doing was kicking and screaming the whole time, so i made my appointment here, and let me tell you the atmosphere, the staff, the way the spoke to my daughter, it was an experience like no other, my daughter did not throw one fit, she didn’t cry it was amazing. I would and I currently do Highly Recommend A Tooth Fairy. it was and pleasurable experience. Thank you Dr. Tang and staff.

Awesome! I have never been to a dentist office where they make you feel so comfortable. All the staff is so sweet and they even let the kids pick out two toys after they are done. My 2 yr old absolutely loved it. Thank you Dr. Shah and staff for making my kid’s first dental visit so pleasant and memorable!
