Just got my new car done at this location. What can I say. The price was right, life time warranty and They were able tint my car in an hour and it was perfectly done. Im looking to bring my second car to this location as well my other car to repair the front window.

Thanks KC. The first time I met KC, he was friendly and very informative in auto tinting. I had a very pleasant experience with him the first time around. However, as these projects can happen, the tint on my driver side window came with defects. However, KC was more than happy to correct this defect, which (may I add) is unheard of in this industry to meet my expectations and more. Seriously, thanks KC. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else in the inland empire besides you. Appreciate everything man.

First of all, let me start by saying I have never experienced such great customer service. I had my new car tinted at 5 Star Auto Glass & Tint and everything looked great. They are very reasonably priced for the product they offer which is typically more expensive at their competitors.
A few weeks after the tint had enough time to dry I noticed teeny tiny bubbles in some of the windows. I spoke with Casey and he offered me an appointment to have it fixed at no extra cost. My main concern was that these tiny bubbles would eventually turn into large bubbles. Casey assured me that they shouldn’t and that I have a lifetime warranty on the product so I can always bring it back if they do turn into larger bubbles. So we settled on them re-​tinting the driver wonder as it had the most bubbles in the corner. They were done within an hour. The experience may not have been 100% perfect, but I am more than thankful and highly impressed with their customer service.

5 stars for 5 Star Auto Glass & Tint. They did a great job on my car and provided excellent customer service. The price was pretty reasonable and I like how it’s backed by a lifetime warranty. I was also glad that I was able to get a same day appointment and the whole process only took about an hour and a half! Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of waking up this morning to my car being broken into and my laptop stolen. My passenger side window was totally shattered, glass shards everywhere! Needless to say, after a very emotional upset morning, my dad told me to call this number and get a quote. He told me about how he only comes here and their service is really amazing and prices were extremely reasonable! Casey you did not disappoint!!! he ordered another glass window for my car and called me as soon as they received it. told me to bring my car by and they could have it repaired and ready to go today! so I took my car down and less than 40 mins later it was finished! not only did they replace my window, but vacuumed out the glass for me! seriously, thank you! Casey, u guys are amazing and I’m never taking my car elsewhere anymore! u guys are awesome!

Came here based on Unilocal reviews and yeah these guys are good, helpful and very hospitable. I went with an upgraded 3M tint and the pricing was still reasonable I believe you get what you pay for and my Tint came with a lifetime warranty no fading or peeling and no color change etc it’s all included this place is where you want to go if you value quality and service I’m very pleased with my results. Tint 54%all around looks sweet an hour and half start to finish Thanks guys.

I decided to bring my brand new 2013 Titanium Ford Focus (not a cheap car) here to have the windows tinted because of all the fantastic reviews. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same outstanding service that has caused other people to leave so many fantastic reviews. When I first dropped off my car the main office employee was very nice and welcoming. They took my car in no problem and began working away. I feel like I didn’t have to wait too long, it took them about an hour and a half. When I went to check the tint, I noticed that there were a lot of bubbles. They informed me that the bubbles would disappear within a couple days so I left feeling satisfied.
Fast-​forward to a week later, the bubbles are still there! So I call to let them know and they tell me to bring my car in, which I do. I pointed out where the bubbles were and which windows needed replacement tinting. For example, the strip along the windshield was not centered so there was some light coming in from that area. The windshield strip also had a big scratch in it. They agreed to fix the problems and tell me it will be about three hours until my car is done. I leave my car and wait all day for a call back, which I never received. Since about just over three hours had gone by I called to check what was going on and they informed me my car was almost done so I could head out to pick it up. Once I arrive, I notice they are still working on my car so I go into the waiting room, where I wait for another hour.
Finally, my car is done but this is where it gets interesting. Me being an idiot, thinks, «Okay the car should be perfect» so I thank them, get in, and go home. While driving home, I notice sticky stuff all over the inside of my car (like the goo on the back of new credit cards). I also notice drip marks all over the doors (even into the window buttons) from some kind of spray they used and forgot to wipe up. Seeing all this makes me want to check the windows. Once I get home, I open the back seat door to check for bubbles again and find a RAZOR BLADE on my leather seats (AHHHHH). Luckily, I found it and not my three-​year-​old niece who I was supposed to pick up later that day. I am livid by this time. I start finding tons of bubbles all over. The windows that I told them were fine and didn’t have bubbles now have bubbles. There are spots where they missed taking off the old tint and just put new tint over. They didn’t even replace the windshield strip! To top it off the left a deep scratch in the outside rear window (how that happened I don’t even know).
Overall, I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received. I defiantly don’t think it was worth the $ 150 I spent because now I have to go have someone else fix their mistakes. I certainly will not be allowing them to touch my car again! Nor will I be telling anyone to come here.

I recently had an incident of a broken window and had a hard time finding a reliable shop. I looked on Unilocal and found 5 Star Auto Glass & Tint and never regretted my decision. I called in and they were really helpful by giving me quick estimate. I came in the day after and the service was simply amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I came across this shop on Unilocal and wanted to have my car tinted (2015 BMW 428i Gran Coupe). My car is a 4 door and this was one of the cheapest quotes that I received. If it wasn’t for Unilocal,I would have been very skeptical to check it out. I called and made an appointment. I arrived to find the shop clean and simple. There were no upsells, cuz they don’t offer any other types or quality of tint. I requested the darkest for my back windows and front one a shade lighter. The man recommended I go with the lighter shade around, but I wanted it dark. I gave him the keys and left. The whole process took about 1.5 hrs. There were no other customers and I don’t think they can handle more than one car at a time. The waiting area was plan. There is a TV but no wifi.
When the car was finished, it looked really nice. However, I noticed that he kept working on one particular window (drying it with a heater type of thing). The weather was really cold. ON top of that, my BMW has frame-​less windows on the doors. When you open and close the doors, the windows move slightly down, then up. I would think that they would be able to figure this out and make the tint stick. When the man was finished, he requested that I not open the windows for 5 days since the weather was cold. I agreed. I did ask about opening/​closing the doors… he said that should be fine. However, within 1 – 2 days of going home, the tint was peeling from the particular door that he was working. Most likely cuz he didn’t dry it properly the first time. I took it back at around 3 weeks and they redid it without a problem. I read on the BMW forums that a lot of tint shops had issues with the BMW windows. However, the good ones always make it work. So I am hoping that I won’t have to take it back a 3^rd time.
All in all, I can’t really complain cuz the price was really good. I can’t imagine that they would have problems with other cars. As long as they hold their word about «lifetime» guarantee… I am satisfied.
