Good place, I’ll be back and saved their information. Ladies are nice and $ 6 for eyebrows is the lowest place in town and she did a good job. I also got a pedicure with the works for $ 23 not bad at all!

This is a terrible place just like the other reviews myself & my friend came in & we’re here 3 hrs. Nails turned out like a kindergartener did it & very rude? Unsanitary. Gel nails peeled off & they had the nerve to charge myself & my friend for a job they messed up. Please be careful don’t go there u will be disappointed & get ripped off.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went to this salon. The fill I received is horrible! My nails have so much acrylic on them it looks like a kid did them, my gel polish turned yellow & my nails have such big grooves in them that my hair keeps getting caught in the edges near my cuticle. I am thoroughly disgusted with their work & will never return! The reason I went here in the first place is because it’s right around the corner from me & I like to use businesses that are close to home. Not anymore for me. They ruined my experience of having my nails done. Horrible! Do not go here!

Love the work they do, had everything from wax, to eyelash, mani/​pedi. Everything is clean, nice environment. Only missing one star because rarely do they have more than two people working at a time, and get overwhelmed causing frustration easily. Will definitely come back but be prepared to wait in time.

I never ever ever do this but this calls for it! I’m so outraged! For all my nail people do NOT ever go to get your nails done at this place! Never been so unhappy with a simple gel mani! Most unsanitary, rude and worst job ever. Went for a gel mani and the next day they peeled right off. Also the process took about 2 whole hours!!! The lady was rude tried to use dirty & used supplies and on top of that did not know how to fricken do a simple Mani! Sorry for venting but warning y’all…disgusting place

Since this nail salon has changed owners it looks nicer, but has horrible service. I’m pretty sure the two ladies I have seen there are not even licensed due to the horrible pedicure I received.
The lady didn’t push down my cuticles, and used the nippers to cut my skin around my nails, leaving cuts on several toes. She barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. The massage was non existent, and she poured acetone on the cuts she left. Then, the paint job… A 10 year old could have done a better job (seriously).
I am sad because I liked coming here before, but I will not be returning.

I used to go to this salon when it was Universal Nails. It was awesome! The people were friendly and more than accommodating. The quality was top notch! I went in about a week ago and things were arranged differently. I immediately asked if they had new owners. I was told it was the same owners and they were on vacation in Vietnam. I was directed to a pedicure chair and was ready for some relaxing and pampering. That didn’t last long. I wanted a pedicure and a full set. Many times I’ve had them done simultaneously. But this time the lady doing the full set kept yanking on my arm. I was positioned so awkwardly, it was hard to relax. I sat in the spa chair so long my tailbone ached. Then the lady got out a nail file and began to saw away at my cuticles. When I jerked my hand away and she saw blood, she apologized and quickly doused it with alcohol. Ouch!!! All this was going on while the girl doing my pedicure was also drawing blood from my toes. :/​when it came to the leg massage part (usually the best part) the girl dug her thumbs into the tops of my feet and my shin bones! The pedicure I chose included a hot stone massage, she wrapped the hot stones in wet towels and rubbed the boney areas of my legs and ankles. I just wanted to get out of there… fast! When all was done, I paid nearly $ 100 for one of the worst experiences. My full set has so much excess acrylic built up around the edges and under side of my nails. They keep snagging on everything. I don’t get to treat myself often and I definitely won’t be going back to this place!
