Vital-​A-​Tea specializes in loose leaf teas which can come iced or hot. We offer 36 different types of teas. The different types of teas range in black, green, red, oolongs, herbal, white, and pu’erh teas. These teas can be mixed to your liking! Vital-​A-​Tea also offers juicing at their shop.

Chocolate lovers: if you are looking for some tea paired with chocolate, Vital-​A-​Tea has the perfect chocolate tasting! If you are looking for teas but are unsure what you want to take home with you, Vital-​A-​Tea also offers a tea tasting of your choice.

The owner of Vital-​A-​Tea, Carolyn, also has a private yoga studio in the backroom where she offers yoga classes and meditation.

Carolyn, is an ayurvedic practioner, which is the sister science of yoga and healing through the five senses.

History

Established in 2015.

Carolyn Poncato, the business owner, has always been into loose leaf teas since 2006. That was the year her mother had passed. It helped her cope tremendously with what she was dealing with. Ever since then, it was a lifestyle she never wanted to change. She soon found a passion for juicing, yoga and ayurveda and figured a tea room was the perfect way to incorporation all in one.

Business Owner

Carolyn Poncato is the founder of Vital-​A-​Tea. She is an avid tea drinker as well as juicer. Carolyn is also a yoga teacher. She received her yoga teacher training at Kripalu which is located in Massachusetts. Carolyn also is an ayurvedic practitioner which is the sister science to yoga and healing through the five senses. She is extremely passionate about helping others through ayurveda, her tea room and yoga.
