Lumber Liquidators does not stand by the products they sell. My Austrailian Cypress engineered floor cracked in several places not a week after it was installed. It also scratches easier than any floor I have ever walked on — says a lot since I have been walking for six decades. After making a complaint they advised me to fill out many forms, submit many photos never once advising me not to get the floor repaired. They however sold me an additional box of flooring that they knew was purchased to repair my floor. Once I had the cracked pieces replaced, they said my warrantee was void because they didn’t inspect the floor. Why did they ask for photos and why didn’t they set up an appointment to inspect the floor? I’ll tell you why — they are scammers plain and simple! Do not shop at Lumber Liquidators. Buyer Beware!

I recently bought my flooring from
Lumber liquidators in riverhead and I have to let everyone know that not only did I get a great price and great financing but the manager of the store Cisco was absolutely great. He helped us pick our flooring. Took his time to explain everything in detail to my wife and I. He made us understand the difference between bamboo and oak flooring, giving us the option to choose not only the correct and perfect floor for our new home, but we did it in our budget. I can only say that I highly recommend lumber liquidators, and if you can go see Cisco in riverhead.
