History
Established in 2015.
Owner Leroy Hines has a long history of cooking that started in his grandmother’s kitchen when he was a young child. He began working for McDonald’s when he was 14 for Hunt Management and was promoted into management by the time he turned 16 where he managed several McDonald’s on the east end of long island for 12 years. At the age of 22, he opened his own catering company, the very well known; Hines Catering and successfully served thousands of people in a multitude of street fairs and outdoor events becoming long island number one outdoor catering specialists for the past 27 years. 2015 marks his first but not last brick and mortar.
