I never get the impression that anyone working at a Baskin Robbin /​Dunkin Donuts wants to be there. I like donuts and ice cream and will not stop going there because the person serving me is not happy. Prices for add ons also seems to change from location to location. I know they’re all franchises but please… show a little consistency (outside of the unhappy workers.) I will continue to buy their pistachio cream (the best I’ve ever had) and the chocolate glazed donuts. (which haven’t changed in 25 years.) I only ask for one thing… Please, just smile, it may make your day go a little easier.

Why don’t they have people over in the Baskin Robbins section? I hate having to wait until the Dunkin Donuts line is gone before I get my ice cream.
