I visited Popeyes today located in Riverdale on highway 85 next to The Krispy Kreme. I ordered a 16 piece, green beans, onion rings. In addition a two piece combofor my family. They told me there would be a delay because they had to make more onion rings. This was a take out order. My home is 40 minutes away. When I finally arrived home I opened my onion rings and they were EXTREAMLY over cooked.
I was very disapointed because my wife and I were looking forward to having some onion rings with our dinner. In addition the chicken was lacking flavor.
Needless to say we were disapointed with our meal.
The best part of my 40 minute trip was the dozen of donuts I purchased from Krispy Kreme.

This is about the MANAGER who was rude as hell to the cashier. The issue that happened wasn’t even his fault, even I was confused at the two ordering ahead of me. They seem like they’ve never been to Popeye’s or even ordered off a menu before… I felt like the manager handled the situation wrong and I don’t like her big nosed a$$ for the humiliation.

They are always out of everything. I ordered butterfly shrimp the drive thru and waited 15 mins and when I got to the window, they said they were out. How stupid can they be? They have no idea about customer service.

This store has way beyond very poor customer service! They don’t know what customer satisfaction really is! I tried to order 5 thighs mild but the Manager Betty said they can only give me spicy since that’s what they only have in their shelf, i told them that I’m willing to wait if they need to cook mild flavor, but she said no! I ended up leaving the store very frustrated!!!

This is not a food review but it’s all about the SWEET TEA. This location has wonderful tea. Way to damn sweet until you add ice. Just like I like it. This one’s in my Top 10 for sure! I did get my tea with no ice and it was around 11:00am. The tea was crisp and did not have a strong taste of caffene. I am not a fan of beverages that have a strong caffene taste. I guess to give you an example, I am not a Starbucks coffee fan!

Service was ok, lobby most of the table were dirty
My sister or chicken nuggets for her kids as it states on the menu. The cashier inform her the have been recalled about 3 weeks ago. How long does it take to take it off the menu? Chicken was good (of course) didn’t like the dirty rice (wasn’t what I expected).
