Just have to shout out Cisco. I stopped in today looking for my first Vape. He was patient, knowledgable and easy to work with. He took time to explain and answer all my stupid questions. I was able to sample a few flavors and he threw in a few extras. LOL. Thanks a lot walked out with a new Vape and 4 flavors. Definitely going back. They will have a repeat customer in me. I appreciated his honestly and integrity.

I have been coming for a bit now and they are one of the best vape shops I’ve been to. They are cleanly organized and the staffs are very nice and laid back. They have juices which some stores don’t carry and they provide great advices. They always try to help customers and provide information which could further help me with better vaping experience. The store manager’s name is Cisco and he is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. You won’t regret coming to this store. I promise.

Great place. Knowledgeable staff and very accommodating. The manager — Cisco always takes his time with each customer to ensure quality service even beyond shop hours to make sure they are happy with their purchase. He was always prepared and engaging in answering questions and concerns regarding the shop or vaping in general. One of the owners that I met, Chris was a very welcoming and is always open on how to make their services better.

Today my husband and I experienced the grand opening of Eco Vapez and it was an AWSOME experience! the staff was friendly, it was a comfortable environment, very cozy and just a wonderful setting overall.
The flavors that I tasted were awesome and the employees who helped us were extremely informative. We were there for over 5 hours and each person helped or assisted EVERY question was answered. I walked away from this experience meeting new people and so happy to have shared this new experience with wonderful people!

Great prices. Great, super friendly customer service. Awesome selection of products. And I can’t not mention the gorgeous business cards.
No snotty attitudes that you may have experienced with employees at other shops. These guys are here to answer your questions and sell you a product that will work for you. While I hope they attract more business, because they are new and slow right now, they can dedicate as much time as you need to help you make your selection.
I haven’t tried their flavors yet, but the selection looks amazing. I’m very excited to come back soon, especially considering the super convenient location for Hyattsville residents.

This eco vapez is in a great location with a much larger assortment of e-​liquid and vape products than other stores in the DMV. Parking is ample, the store clerk was knowledgeable and even offered me a cup of coffee or water while I surveyed their selection.
Surprisingly, it was the locally roasted Vigilante Coffee that he offered me.
Their prices are insanely competitive. Some products are 8 to 10 percent lower than what I could find in other stores.
Their selection of E liquid is large (the melatonin infused raspberry chai has helped me relax and fall asleep after stressful days) and the clerk promised that there will be more coming in the next couple of months.
Great to have this shop nearby to add onto a great day trip to hyattesville. Will be returning again.

I’m extremely happy about this location being right around the corner from my house. The associates there are extremely friendly and helpful. On my first visit there not only did Mike help me pick out a few flavors, but he also showed me the proper way to build new coils. Every visit after that would prove to be the same awesome experience & environment regardless of who’s behind the counter. There’s no need to go anywhere else. They have hundreds of flavors to choose from as well as an awesome vape box selection.

Love the 2nd location! They sure know how to keep their customers happy. The décor is more like vintage and eco friendly. I like that they have lots of juice selections so you’re not bored with the same old flavor. I could stay their for hours because it feels like home.

Wow! Never seen a professional and upscale vape store like this place before! Tons of high end authentic mods with super knowledgeable associates! I purchased an xpro 80 with atlantis 2 and they will sit there and explain everything to you! Been to many vape shops in the metropolitan area and this one tops all of them by far!!!
