Martha’s Quinceaneras & Bridal

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. She took the deposit from the girls and told them to pay the other half when the dresses arrived. She then demanded the rest of the money calling the teens and telling them if they do not drop off the money she will have UPS return the dresses. Constantly harassing the girls and the mother of the 15 años. She is never at her shop when she tells the customer to be there. I took my daughter in to get her dress and they lady had her try on a Medium and I asked her if she took her measurements. She was so offended and said what kind of a question is that. I was so upset who is rude like that to a customer. She never smiled or made this a fun experience. My daughters measurements were for a size Large. Hello! Please do not go to this store this lady makes you want to beat her. Just saying. If you don’t believe me go and find out for yourselves…

This is a great little shop! For being a small shop it has a lot to offer starting with great customer service! Martha is delightful and gives you lots off 1 to 1 attention! It’s worth the drive out to Riverbank you won’t be disappointed!

Great little shop of beautiful dresses… great service and the dress we picked for my granddaughter’s sweet 16 is beautiful.
One thing… they onlyy take cash… just a heads up we didn’t know and we weren’t told beforehand.

In the heart of Riverbank lies a small yet beautiful Bridal Shop. Martha’s quince and bridal has a wide variety of dresses. There are beautiful wedding gowns, glamorous quince dresses that will never be forgotten, fun flirty sexy prom dresses, and dresses for any kind of formal event. My family has been going here since they opened back in 2008.
My mom just recently bought her wedding dress from here and it’s perfect for her beach wedding.
Martha even carries dresses from big designers such as Jessica Mc Clintok and Mary’s. Trust me they’re beautiful and very stunning. The material does not look cheap like some of those hideous $ 40 Macy’s dresses. Along with dresses she also carries lovely accessories that goes exordinary with them. Boys, do not feel left out because she rents tuxedos!
Not only is the shop great but Martha is the biggest sweetheart. She is always so kind hearted to my family and I which is the reason why she’s our number one place to go if we ever need dresses. I guarantee you will not regret coming here.
