History

Established in 2008.

Owner and founder Claudio Silva has strong roots in the Central Valley, as he grew up working for his father a local General Contractor. He started in the industry at a very young age working weekends and summer vacations until going to work for his father full time. Claudio did all the painting and cabinet finishing for his father’s business.

After proving himself in the construction industry, Claudio went on to run his father’s business for five years before going to work for a much larger builder here in the Central Valley working his way up to VP of Construction over the next twelve years.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Claudio established his own family-​owned and operated business in 2008. Throughout his lifetime of experience in the industry, Claudio has learned the importance of working with quality, dependable subcontractors who show up as scheduled and professionally complete each and every project as promised.
