History

Established in 2001.

The Business began in 2001. Prior to entering private practice both Mr. Donahue and Mr. Brickfield served as Assistant Prosecutors in the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. Mr. Donahue served as the Chief of the Criminal Investigations Squad at the Prosecutor’s Office as well as the Assistant Trial Chief. Mr. Brickfield served as the First Assistant of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. Both Mr. Donahue and Mr. Brickfield have extensive trial experience in New Jersey’s State, Federal and Municipal Courts. The firm specializes in criminal defense as well as plaintiff’s personal injury and employment litigation. The business practices primarily in northern New Jersey in Bergen County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Essex County and Morris County.
