Business Owner
Elsie, along with her sister Jennie started Bottom of the Hill August 2014, after the passing of former Uncle Willy’s owner and longtime family friend Marlene Young. The sisters are longtime Cecil County residents, and familiar to many of the customers. They look forward to serving each and every patron.
