Subway

The store was super clean compared to a lot of Subways I’ve visited, and I eat at Subway a lot!
I believe the owners were there when I was there, and they seemed really friendly.
And the sandwich that the gentleman made was delicious! Wish I could have taken a picture to post here.

Where to start?
I went to lunch one day and I ask the employee to make me an oven roasted chicken sandwich. He begins to make my sandwich. When we get to the point of putting the requested sauces on my sandwich, the experience takes a huge fall. I specifically ask for Honey Mustard. He then puts regular mustard on the sandwich. I point out the mistake. The gentleman looks at me with an odd stare and begins to scrape the mustard off the sandwich. I tell him that it is unacceptable to just scrape off his mistake, instead of just making a new one. He finally decides to start the process of a new sandwich. He tells one of his employees to make the sandwich for me. While his employee makes the sandwich, I look to my right and I see the gentleman scraping the chicken and then going to the back to rinse it off. My only assumption is that he is going to reuse the chicken to give to someone else.
The whole experience was awful, but the employee (which I think is the owner) is repulsive.

I am just going to rate this as ok. Nothing amazing and nothing out of this world. However, though I do go here relatively often my last time here wasnt the greatest. The customer in front of me had made a claim that the lettuce was bad and when I got to the counter I had to agree and decided to refuse lettuce since it was clearly brown and browner than something that had been out for only a day. If I do come back I am going to pay close attention to the lettuce again and make sure it is acceptable.
