Established in 2004.

I’ve been baking for more then a decade but decorating for 5 years and decided to take my love of sugar and art to the next level. I recently opened up a bakery inside the MAR-​VAL grocery store in Ripon. Come down and take a look at all the holiday desserts and treats we have to offer!

i am VERY excited to have a new bakery here, in the teenytiny town of ripon.
ever since i saw this bakery listed in Unilocal,and checked out their website, i have been hovering around mar-​val to see if there were any already made goodies to try. i finally happened upon a few goodies yesterday and YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMM!
i purchased the cake truffles — which are super cute in their little box with fancy bow, and one cake sandwich (?), which consists of two chocolate cake halves and white frosting/​green sprinkles in between. i know it sounds simple, but oh-​my-​goodness it was heavenly! i am hoping to go back today to snag some more cake truffles for my family’s christmas eve dinner tonight. i can see them as definitely being the hit for dessert!
the website is very nicely done, with many photos of their fantastic looking cakes and cookies along with pricing. i know they are just getting started, but i hope they will put out more ready to go items within the store. i definitely forsee ordering goodies from them too in the near future as well!
