Established in 2002.

I got into repairing garage doors right out of high school working for my friends uncle, I worked for him for around 5 years and decided that I would like to start my own business. I proceeded to get my CA. contractors license, (809 050). I started on my own in 2002. I was a one man operation, now I have 3 employees and am proud to say we are a growing company even during these tough times, a lot has to do with our great work, timely service, and customer satisfaction.

It gives me great satisfaction to be able to help people in need, and leaving them feeling good knowing that they had great customer service and that the job was done right! I believe the technicians name was Brock, he did nice work however the price he gave me seemed a little high I called a few other company’s they were lower I even called the office to get a price an yet again it was a different lower price then what I was charged I’ve used this company before several times next time I have an issue I’ll probably shop around first

I called Chris (Owner) and informed him that I had my garage door panel at the bottom was splitting between the seams and not closing all the way correctly. By the way, I have used this company before which installed a garage door opener in my home. Chris had Ryan who was very professional and friendly come out that same day. I had side rollers installed and the price was very reasonable compare to some local garage businesses here in Lodi. I was really impressed with this company cause it is run with competent, friendly staff who are focused on servicing installing, and repairing all garage doors and openers with the highest degree of customer satisfaction and fair pricing. I am convinced with this type of service Chris and his company will be around for a long time.

I originally contacted them on Unilocal to give me an estimate for a garage door tuneup. The price was pretty reasonable. They did what they could to work around my difficult schedule and were able to show up at 8am on a Saturday morning. They were on time, quickly troubleshot that the doors wheels needed to be replaced. Ended up costing me $ 138 total which seemed fair even though the entire visit only took 25 mins. (Because he worked very fast) I’ll use them again if I have any issues.

Awesome service! I called last Thursday morning to get an appointment as my garage door opener was broken. They scheduled an appointment that same day between 12 – 2. Luke arrived at about 12:30. I was thinking he was just going to look and give me an estimate since the spring was broken and had to be replaced. Well he said both springs needed to be replaced and that he could do it then. Within 30 minutes they were installed and all was good again! Can’t get much better than that!

When our garage door failed to close, we called a local business which never returned our call. So we called A-​dependable overhead door co.. Which returned our call within 5 mins and told us he would be at our house within 15 to 30 mins. When Luke, the repairman, showed up he explained what the problem was and proceeded to fix it. Didn’t take him long to fix the door and the cost was very reasonable considering he was here past 5 pm. Would highly recommend this company especially if all employees are as easy to talk to and as knowledgeable as Luke. I post on Unilocal when I’m satisfied or have a complaint about a business

I went with them because they had great reviews. I called and setup an appointment. They worked around my work schedule and were on time. I had Lee from A-​Dependable Overhead Door Co. stop by to do some work on my garage and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely use their service again.

Called this morning, and they put me on the schedule for today. Lee was the tech, arrived promptly, and determined additional parts were needed. He advised me a trip back to his shop was needed, and returned as promised, and made all the repairs requested. Job well done. I spoke to Chris on Monday afternoon about a broken spring on my door and he was ready to get someone out right away. Unfortunately I had somewhere I had to be, so we set an appointment for between 9 and 11 on Thursday morning when I could be home. Lee arrived right around 930 and got right to work. He was very professional, enthusiastic and friendly. After speaking with him, I also had him replace the crinkles on my door with to quiet down the door’s operation. He completed the work in around 45 minutes and everything was good to go! The price was great, the service was great and I would definitely recommend using these guys.

Wow! I heard the spring pop on my garage door and thought, «oh boy… how much is this gonna cost?». I checked online for local garage door repair companies and found A-​Dependable Overhead Door Company. I made the call about 4PM, Lee came by at 5 and had the door up and running by 5:20. The price was cheaper than many other estimates and the service was kickass! I highly recommend this company if you have any garage door issues.

My wife didn’t let the garage door open all the way and she drove in with the SUV. It knocked the bottom panel off the guide, messed up the pulley, and bent the garage door. I called A-​Dependable at 8:30am and said they’d have someone out between 1000 – 1200. Based on what I told them on the phone he said it sounds like they’d be able to fix it for approx. $ 175. Sure enough Louise (the repairman) was at my place at 1100 (and I live 25 miles away from their office). He looked at it and said it could be fixed for $ 125. He was done within 30min.
Louise was very professional and went above and beyond just fixing the door. He told me ways to make the garage door quieter when I open and close it. He showed me how to change the rollers, and showed me the best rollers to replace it with. He even lubed the chain, which made the garage instantly quieter.
Then he gave me a $ 10 discount so at the end it came out to $ 115. Great service and very professional. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks.

One of the springs to operate my garage door snapped on Thursday night (10-​6-​2011). In the morning, I began calling some local Garage Door repairmen to get some prices to have my door fixed.
When I reached A-​Dependable, I spoke with the owner Chris who was friendly and to the point. I was quoted the lowest price I had come across and promised a repairman at my house the next day between a two hour window.
Friday arrived and shortly after the time I was quoted I received a call from the repairman with A-​Dependable. The guy said he’d be at my place with ten minutes and he was. After his arrival, he offered to repair the second spring on my garage door for an additional $ 45 bucks (total cost $ 170 parts & labor included), which was still under anyone Else’s price in the area. I also received a three year warranty on the work and parts.
