We specialize in private and commercial real estate photography by aerial and internal for home sales. Using unique tools we capture the beauty of your home and property including all of the secluded features that make your space so special to you.

HigherUpPhotography LLC uses several photographers depending upon what the situation is. So we are always prepared for our customers regardless of the project. With multple copters of varying sizes, we always have a solution whether taking pictures for real estate or making a movie.

Safety is a big concern for us as well. All precautions are taken and we follow a checklist before and after any flight. We do not fly over crowds nor near airports without a NOTAM (we publish a frequency so we can be contacted). We use state of the art photography equipment and can shoot pictures up to 4K.

History

Established in 2012.

I guess you could say my business really got started when I was 12 when I started building and flying remote controlled planes. All the time up to now has been spent honing my skills and learning as much about my subject matter as possible.

In 2009 I retired from 40 decades of computer science engineering and I just had to keep myself busy. What a better way than by doing something which has been a part of me for so many years.

Business Owner

This is not just a business. It is a passion. I love to fly real airplanes and these remote control copters and planes are a natural extension.

I am married with a boy and girl pair of twins and two dogs Toby and Biscuit. Oddly enough, my son now has twins, my sister had twins and my mother’s sister had twins. Clearly no generations are being skipped in my family.

I am a Vietnam Era veteran having spent 4 ½ years in the Air Force as a communications analyst. I’ve worked as an electronic’s engineer, owned an IT consulting firm, was a computer scientist and director of web services for a large bank.
