Our excellent Director at Covenant Schools Rio Rancho has been with Covenant Schools from the very beginning and has played a crucial role in the opening of both her own center and the corporation as a whole.

After declaring a major in Special and Deaf Education and further obtaining the National Administrators Credential (NAC), her deep history and love for children has been transformed into an active passion for both Covenant children and their entire family. With amazing success she has opened and directed Covenant’s second location – which was pivotal in establishing Covenant Schools as a dominant leader in Early Childhood Education, establishing new standards of care and laying forth physical vision of Covenant Schools to come.

Her sincere and unexhausted perseverance and natural ability to train and manage has created a tremendous atmosphere full of highly trained educators. By establishing a team mindset her staff is purely focused on each child’s individual success.
