Yes I totally agree amanda. Always attitudes with them. Im really done also. I cant figure out is it because we are women. The owner always goes out of his way to be super friendly with his male customer. If your a woman your chopped liver standing there. If they say hello its like half assesd. That’s always been my experience. I m olé school I love friendly owners.

Had everything within a 2 mile range of Ringwood and this was the best. Unfortunately it’s very $$ but hey, how many times do you order a pie in a month? My go to place when I what some pizza.

Visiting from CA, read great things about this pizza restaurant. We had the meat lovers pizza with garlic bread delivered to the Skyland’s Manor. The food was FANTASTIC, the delivery was quick and friendly.

My go to eggplant parmigiana hero! Delicious! Nice selection of slices too! Dine in, delivery or take out!

Love everything my husband and I have had. Usually get same thing but once in awhile we «switch it up». Love our waitress!

We always stop here when we’re in town (usually in summer coming back from all the lakes in ny) def the best pizza on skyline ! Friendly service and super clean ! All the food is great … Wish they deliver to butler :(

We stopped for a quick dinner… chicken nafi very good big portion… veal parmigiana sandwich excellent… they have broccoli rabe on menu too will go back for it! Its a good quick dinner…

Always has been the best in the Ringwood Wanaque Haskell area. That Pizza 1 has nothing on this. I have been going here since the day it opened and even after moving out of the area, this has been my go to place for local pizza.

I definitely recommend the food. The bacon pizza is heavenly.
If it wasn’t for an unpleasant experience with a slick, middle-​aged Italian guy, I would have given it five stars. I came in and the man did not even look at me when I ordered. He seemed angry to be serving me. However, the other gentlemen were super friendly and genuine.
All that aside, overall it is a slightly above average pizza place.

Decent pizza. Very nice, professional staff. Chicken parm sandwich not that great, but all right I guess. They have pasta dishes that look pretty damn good. Overall, it’s a good place. They should be more creative though. Too many pizzerias have the staples but don’t seem to be GREAT at one thing. I’m not sure if this one is any different, but if you want a decent place for a good meal, this place will do. It is very clean as well.

I lived in the area for years and Ringwood pizza consistently delivers an awesome pizza.
As for food, I can’t recommend the mussels more highly. The homemade marinara here is to die for and you won’t find better anywhere. Mussels are always cooked perfect, fresh and delicious.
Great food, good prices and worth every Penny!

Overall, this is the best spot for fair priced Italian style food in Ringwood. The sandwiches, buffalo wings, and pizza are all solid choices.

Friendly staff, great pizza, quick delivery. Ordered two times this week — pick up with a coupon and delivery. Delivery driver was friendly and patient. Will definitely be back

Coming from Long Island, I’ve been spoiled by never being farther than a few blocks from a great Pizza shop… You could easily find over 15 Pizza ‘parlors’ in one town. Well, now that I’ve moved to Northern New Jersey (Ringwood), the first thing I had to find was a good local Pizza joint (second to a good supermarket!) in the area. Well, I have sampled 3 of the 8 or so pizza places in the Ringwood/​Wanaque area — and stopped sampling once I ordered a pie one night from Ringwood Pizza. It was everything I enjoyed from my former favorite Pizza place. Great texture in the dough, perfectly seasoned sauce, fresh cheese, cooked perfectly — and have continued to order from them for my pizza fix. I also tried one of their strombolis, and THAT was the best I have ever had.
I still may try a few more local pizza places to see if there’s anything special I’m missing — but right now I so enjoy their pizza (nothing unique, just your usual Large Cheese pie with Extra Cheese) that I haven’t wanted to disappoint myself by trying something different that I would be dissatisfied with.
As for a previous reviewer complaining about her pizza covered with grease — I can tell you that every pie I’ve ever ordered has been CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS — never a problem. I might add that I’m curious if she ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, because you can’t help it if the Pepperoni exudes oils…

The Best Pizzeria in NJ!

For the record, I’m originally from NJ and whenver I’m visiting the area, I make sure to grab a slice of pizza at least once since nothing quite compares. About 10 years ago when it first opened, Ringwood Pizza had the reputation of being the best in the area. So when a snowstorm was about to hit the area, I placed an order of a pepperoni pie and came in to pick it up. The guys working were friendly, but friendliness can’t save a bad pizza. This pizza was covered in grease. I dabbed four paper towels which became saturated with orange grease, and the pizza was still greasy. The cheese, crust, and sauce all were of mediocre quality. I’ve had much better pizzas outside off the Northeast, and I don’t plan on coming here again.

I’ve had Sicilian and regular pizza from here plus Baked Ziti.
The pizza slices were huge and delicious and the Ziti was a very generous portion. 2 thumbs up!
