Express Garage Door Distribution

Called this company to repair a garage door. The repairman came out, worked about 3 minutes and said it was fixed. I inquired if the work was guaranteed. He assured me it was. I paid $ 85 for the service. The garage door appeared to work at the time. The next time, next day, it failed (only went part of the way up). I called him again and he came out a little later, went through his checking routine and it worked a couple times. However, thereafter it failed and I called back and my call was not returned; I wrote an email to the company as shown on their business card. No response. In the end, I paid $ 85 and ended up with no further customer service.
I would definitely not recommend this company based upon my personal experience. The young man was neat, personable and I wanted to give him an opportunity,. I am disappointed.
