Dr Charland is truly amazing! I’ve had dental trauma from a couple dentists in my past, and was always terrified of even having my teeth cleaned. Over the course of several years of seeing Dr Charland and her staff, I’ve become much more relaxed. This is a practice that is as pain-​free as dentistry can be, I think. I’m so grateful I found them, even if I have to drive nearly an hour to get there. Worth it!

As a mom of 2 boys, 2 &5, I thoughtfully made their appointments the same day. I also dreaded them.
To my surprise, it was a great visit! The office is welcoming, with some fun stools/​blocks for the kids to play with while we waited (short timely wait!), Receptionists and Hygienists were very sweet, and the actual visit went very well. It was quick, they didn’t pressure the boys, or make them worry. My oldest even had to have an Xray and it went swell. :)
The boys were happy campers at the end, and even got to pick from the oh so famous Treasure box for a surprise. Thank you!

I love Dr. Charland & the staff. I don’t know what the person before me was talking about or what their issue is, but Dr. Jenn is upfront and honest. She would never in millions years scam someone. The cost is reasonable and average. If we hadn’t moved our entire family would still be going there.

What a gorgeous facility. Everything is up to date with all the latest technology, tasteful décor. But someone has to pay for all that overhead, and it’s going to cost you as a patient. Dr. Charland told me I had 19 cavities and should get them filled, to the tune of 4K. This is way more than most dental plans will cover. I went for a second opinion elsewhere (a year later, after the new insurance term kicked in), and it turns out I have three cavities that need filling. I’m sure it wasn’t an outright lie – all teeth have some level of decay. But it is still a scam. She also wanted to rip out my old silver fillings because they had «worn out.» The next dentist told me they were all holding up fine. Save yourself the money and the pain, go elsewhere.
