Here at Fine Art Confections we LOVE desserts. And we believe that our bodies are a gift to be treasured. Our treats are custom designed not only to delight your senses but to nourish your body. We provide cakes, desserts and edible décor in Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, Crestline, Big Bear, Redlands, San Bernardino, Riverside, Hesperia and to all of Southern California. Fine Art Confections is a member in good standing with the Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce. We provide dessert catering, and will also work hand in hand with any caterer of your choice. Please contact our chef with any questions regarding Weddings, Birthdays, Showers, Holiday Celebrations, Dinner Parties and any other event you would like to complete with elegant finishing touches. Please contact us as far ahead of time as possible, as our calendar fills up quickly.

Our Chef Corinne Jagt has worked in the fine dining industry for over 16 years as a Dessert Chef, Art Director, Kitchen Manager and Head Decorator. She began her apprenticeship with Homaro Cantu of Future Foods and has continued her work with Altitude, Altitude Catering, Season’s Fine Dining and Niki’s Custom Cakes. Born into a family with a long history of love for all things creative, Corinne has enjoyed art in many forms. Including painting, sculpting, paper folding, sugar work and woodcarving. She has studied under Master Wood Carvers Shane and Raymond Kinman. Producing for giants such as Disney Land and Disney World. Corinne has turned her many talents toward what she likes to call edible décor. Among those are beautiful and elaborate Gingerbread cities showcased in The Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa…
