This store is very small and the men’s selection is even smaller however if you dig though the racks you can always find something. Nicely curated selection.

Lucky store in Ridgewood is great .the sales personal is very helpful and honest about how the jeans look on you .the sales girl said if the jeans look good I would get alot of complements and i would send clients to the store. She was right best pair of jeans ever.

Sometimes a store is just a store and other times it’s a store that adds to the community. The Ridgewood Lucky Brand Store really does fit in quite well with the downtown Ridgewood area. It’s also one of the only apparel retailers there that carries menswear. I have read other reviews about the store being small and the selection limited. This is certainly true but I don’t think it’s a bad thing. It’s nice to have my choices limited sometimes. it’s less overwhelming.
The staff here is also quite friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They’re a joy to shop with. The hours are limited but appropriately so given their location. Like all of Ridgewood, parking is a bitch but not impossible. I greatly prefer shopping here rather than fighting the crowds at The Garden State Plaza or schlepping up to Nanuet, itself a parking nightmare.
The only negative is that Lucky Brand and
do not seem to be in synch. Prices and selection often vary wildly between the two when they should mirror one another. Besides that, I highly recommend this location. See you guys soon.

Manager would not be happy. I am not happy. Needed to return something before going away for the summer. Drove all the way here and someone decided to close early. Not cool

Sparse merchandise selection. There has never been another customer in the Ridgewood location the 3 times I’ve been in the store. Unlike the friendly and helpful staff at the Garden State Plaza, the Ridgewood staff is extremely rude. A staff overhaul is needed or the store should be closed. The service is not aligned with other merchants in Ridgewood.

Love the clothes, but for this store in particular, I love the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. Not snobby at all (unlike some of the stores in Ridgewood). They help you find what you need without being too pushy. They helped me find two super cute pieces of jewelry marked down for $ 7 each!!!

This is a nice Lucky Brand store, as are any of the ones I’ve been in, however this one is a bit small. I’m used to seeing one entire floor dedicated to women’s and another to men’s and this is just one somewhat small sized store. but for an avenue front store, it is well stocked and they have good sales and a helpful, friendly staff.

I love this Lucky Brand store in Ridgewood. The staff there is helpful but not pushy. The selection of shirts, jeans, belts and pocket books is freaking awesome. I always find something I like and is on sale to boot! Quality is good for the price point.
