I took all of my money out of this bank and transferred it elsewhere. Customer service is horrible. One of many disturbing experiences (too many to list): I made several large transactions and went to walk out of the bank, first stopping at a small table hidden from the front desk to put my personal items back into my purse. The women behind the counter started talking about me behind my back (my finances, what do they think I do for a living) when they thought I had already left. I was livid and walked back over to literally answer their questions for them, hence, leaving their jaws on the floor in embarrassment.
