The Good:
— The owner is friendly, mild mannered, and quite good about answering phone calls.
— Timing: The job began prior to the expected start date and ended within the expected time frame.
— Bathrooms: It seems that bathrooms are their specialty. They replaced my bathroom floor, and I’m happy with that particular result.
— I was unsatisfied with the result, and the owner apologized and offered a discount.
The Bad:
— Poor quality on the paining job.
— Forgetful: Had it not been for my nagging reminders, important parts of the job would not have been completed.
— They just don’t seem to know what they are doing. I now have to spend money to fix their sloppy and incomplete results.
The Ugly:
— Among the materials that I purchased for the job, I purchased some extra light bulbs for a new lamp. A few days after paying the owner, I looked for the light bulbs, and they have disappeared. It appears that the painters stole the light bulbs.
At this point, I’m not going to call the owner to complain. I doubt he had anything to do with the light bulbs. It was probably one of the guys who works for him. But, the owner should be more careful in terms of who he hires.

First, I have to be honest and say I never even had the opportunity to experience working with Henry Made from Cities Skyline since he was #1)terrible with returning emails, he admitted this as well, #2)never answered his phone, I was tired of leaving messages and #3)bailed on me because he said he was too busy for the project. Didn’t have the courtesy to tell me himself I had to find out from my loan officer that Henry’s proposal was missing labor and material costs, it was a long to-​do list with a dollar total at the end -$ 176 thousand dollars. When Henry was asked to provide details for each item and include labor costs he said, «ohhhkaayyy I didn’t know this was gonna take this much, I don’t have time for this project, I can’t do this.» This was 21days before the closing on my house. I am applying for a 203k loan and he was told up front what that entailed and even walked thru the house during the inspection! He had me wait a full week for an estimate that missed a ton of items I requested and even added some I did not. His estimate had to go in with my mortgage application and he delayed this process and has prolonged it by quitting. Good luck trying to get this guy on the phone. I hope he hires a secretary or an assistant because he is clearly overwhelmed and preoccupied with multiple matters to take the time to communicate on a $ 176k project! Never will I consider working with Henry again. Good riddance the work will go to someone who’s not «busy» and is way more professional!
