When in today to inquire about a possible new line and phone. I greeted the girl behind the desk and asked if they had any deals or promotions going on for phones and she looked at me if I was an alien and said I have never heard of that ! And then sucked her teeth and looked around as if she had better things to do when it was clearly empty in the store. She was rude and clearly lacked customer service skills. I hope she doesn’t work on commission. I’ll stick with Verizon thanks !

The worst experience. I walked in about 20 minutes before the store close and they were very impolite. The employee sat on the table while answering my question. Do he know how to act professionally? And his tone was like «You stupid customer, do you really need to ask that question?» Because of this experience, sorry for you AT&T you have lost a customer!
