Debbie has made a true believer out of me! She has radically changed my view on how to listen to what our body is telling us, on how to take seriously every signal it is giving us with respect to our approach to nutrition and environment. I went to see her in order to help my young son get over his fears of trying new foods, only to discover the miracle of the BIE technique in identifying our body’s intoloerances and the direct, negative effect those intolerances have in our behavior if left unidentified and untreated. Debbie is patient, understanding, and compassionate. It is her gentle, yet involving approach that makes you comfortable enough to want to understand your body, and eager enough to want to make your body better and healthier. I was referred to Debbie for a candida clearing session. Debbie is great! She’s thorough, takes her time and explains everything. The session involved using the BIE technology and then following it up with a couple of supplements and a special 15 day diet. Typically it takes 6 months on a traditional candida diet to see results so Debbie’s 2 week program was a real blessing and very doable. I felt significantly better afterwards. I will continue to work with Debbie to improve my dairy and mold issues. Highly recommend stopping in and giving this a try.

Debbie has changed my life. My holistic doctor sent me to her because I was not making any progress with Candida or my numerous food allergies. After going to Debbie, my blood work showed the enormous progress I made in those areas. She also helped me with my sleep issues. My experience at Allergy Free was absolutely positive. I went originally to her for a minor dairy allergy that I acquired with age; which means no Mister Softee for me. I didn’t want to go to a allergies where they were going to stick me with needles for a year, so when I saw this I was excited. I had a few questions on how it actually worked, how long it would take, is it harmful, etc… Debbie’s response was not only prompt but very informative and friendly. She reassured me that I would be 100% happier by the end. So I was willing to pay a little bit more money for a shorter treatment period and no needles.
