I have used Total Mortgage Services, LLC for 3 times. The first two transactions were good, 2007 and 2010, respectively. Then, I refi again on 2012, wow– what a change. They raised the closing cost more than $ 1k 1 week before closing. The rate also rose, due to «longer» time to close because they indicated that I didn’t have all the proper doc on the last week. Long story short, shady business practice. Never again.
