Toyota of Ridgecrest service department has taken great care of my Toyotas over the passed 7 years I’ve lived in Ridgecrest. It’s great to have a dealer in this small town as opposed to driving two hours to Palmdale or Bakersfield for dealer service. They are an asset to our community.

This place is terrible. I live out of town so I called and made an appointment on Friday and told them I had a recall for my Corolla and made an appointment for the following Wednesday and that I would only be in town until Thursday. Drop the car off on Wednesday morning at 8am and they said it would be a few hours. They called a few hours later and explained that they had to order the part even though they were informed on exactly what was needed before I even made the appointment. No big deal, they said it would get delivered the next day between 7 and 9 and they would get it done right away no problem. So I drop my car off Thursday morning right when they open at 8 and once again they said it would only be a few hours. Call them at 10 because we still hadn’t heard from them and that’s when they finally admit the part never even came in. Now I have to leave town without it getting fixed. They are worthless.

The staff will work with you, to get what you want at a good price. Doc and the finance department work there magic for me to get a good deal on a tundra limited.
