Just left Home Depot very frustrated and drove to true value. Walked in and asked the cashier where the sink traps where and she told me isle 26. Went there found my items needed and went and paid and left, taking less than 10 minutes!
Home Depot… Send your people over here to learn customer service!

This place is dreary, has little merchandise to choose from, and didn’t impress me with either its customer service, nor its «help center». It seems like it has been around for awhile, though, so maybe I caught it on a bad day (don’t think so). I’m not going back.
