History

Established in 2012.

We had been studying for years-​having tremendous personal success and success with clients in the past. Matt and I had both been teaching, coaching, and helping people re-​learn how to move. It was time to put it all together. The people deserve to know the truth. We started a gym in Matt’s garage. We taught clients the ins-​and-​outs of the diet and helped them to personalize the diet to achieve their goals (a novel concept!). We started with 1 client. 1 grew to 2 and soon we had 6. That’s a solid following.

These people learned the truth, and it set them free from their pasts, their familial disease patterns, their ailments, their disbeliefs, and their «I can’t do that». People began being healed: spirit, soul, and body. The proof was in the pudding. We grew the clients and started making classes. We decided classes were better for a few reasons: accountability, fellowship, friendly competition, and it provides a fun environment for people to grow and develop.

Matt T.

Business Owner

Crossfit Level 1 Coach. I am a certified Firefighter, a certified EMT, and ex US military.

I have trained business owners, service men and woman and busy moms and dads who want to lose weight and get in the best shape of their lives.

When I’m not at the gym, I’m typically just hanging out with friends, hitting up the golf course or playing volleyball.

I’m not the best golfer, but it’s one of my favorite past times. Nothing beats challenging yourself to do better and hanging out with friends on the course.

I started training others because I wanted to help change peoples lives. This is what continues to drive me today. I want to help you achieve the goals you deserve to have.
